Valor de las comidas y servicios extras excesivo.

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

"La relación calidad-precio. Está al lado de un pequeño centro comercial donde hay tiendas, restaurantes y cafeteria. Desde este centro comercial hay un bus gratuito cada 20 minutos que te lleva a la estación de tren. Si quisiera hacerlo a pie no se tarda mas de 15 minutos. El personal esquisito. Al tener un problema que me amplifica los zumbidos de los motores y me cambiaron a una habitación más silenciosa donde pude descansar como un rey."

Quizas esté un poco lejos del tren pero sinceramente no fue para tanto y repetiria.

"Nagyon kedves személyzet, rugalmas opciók vacsora és spa elményekkel kapcsolatosan , családias, de annál szuperebb spa, rendkívül csendes, pihentető környezet, kényelmes bútorok, közösségi, de csendes tér, társasjátékok, sakk, pingpong. Igazán rég voltunk ilyen szuper pihentető, csendes helyen."

"Un desayuno tipo buffet muy completo! Multiples zumos donde elegir, tostadas, dulces, full english breakfast, y tienen una zona donde te preparan smoothies al momento, pudiendo elegir la fruta que quieres en ellos. Tiene una cafeteria abierta de 7 a 23h con gran variedad de cafes y batidos, con dulces y jamaican patty.. increible. Para la comida y la cena puedes elegir entre el buffet o 3 restaurantes a la carta que tienen. Mucha variedad y comida muy rica. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, es resort es grande, parece una mini ciudad. 3 piscinas (la grande y principal, una con cascada y otra infinity pool), Zona de juegos con mini golf, billar, ping pong... Y tienes incluidas actividades acuaticas (paddleboard, windsurf, kayaks...) Todos los dias tienen planeadas unas actividades en las que formar parte y lo pasas muy bien."

Todo perfecto. El unico problema que le encontramos algunos dias es que el personal no era muy amable.

"Las dos chicas de la recepción el Lunes por la tarde me hicieron sentir como bienvenido a casa. Elegí el hotel por el gimnasio, es el más completo, no es un gimnasio de hotel, es un gimnasio en serio, tiene socios y todo pero manejan muy bien el tema del aforo. Las instalaciones bien, a 10’ en coche de encamp para subir a Grandvalira."

Muy familiar, quizás demasiados niños para mi gusto. El cocinero de huevos no empezaba a trabajar hasta luego de las 8.

"Las vistas de las habitaciones al mar es algo insuperable. El personal muy amable. Muy buen desayuno, algunas cosas son base y otras van cambiando día a día. Muy buenos productos de higiene y blanquería."

En general la isla es muy cara. El precio del hotel es muy elevado para ofrecer solo desayuno en esa tarifa.

The meal quality for dinner was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was poor.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

"Благодарим за избора на стая в Royal Castle, най- луксозния хотел. Гледката беше отлична. Тъмна и тиха стая. Просторна стая и голяма баня от мрамор. Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. Съчетанието с дива гора 🐺 и море е невероятно за почивка."

"La amabilidad del personal y el entorno. Aunque el precio fuera elevado, el entorno merece la pena."

Como punto negativo, sería el tema de la habitación para ir con maletas es poco práctico si te toca en un ala, ya que tienes que salvar unas escaleras y quizás podría incluirse una rampa para ello.
