No staff available to greet us and show us to our apartment. The internet was useless.

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

"Las dos chicas de la recepción el Lunes por la tarde me hicieron sentir como bienvenido a casa. Elegí el hotel por el gimnasio, es el más completo, no es un gimnasio de hotel, es un gimnasio en serio, tiene socios y todo pero manejan muy bien el tema del aforo. Las instalaciones bien, a 10’ en coche de encamp para subir a Grandvalira."

Muy familiar, quizás demasiados niños para mi gusto. El cocinero de huevos no empezaba a trabajar hasta luego de las 8.

The meal quality for dinner was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was poor.

Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

"Las vistas de las habitaciones al mar es algo insuperable. El personal muy amable. Muy buen desayuno, algunas cosas son base y otras van cambiando día a día. Muy buenos productos de higiene y blanquería."

En general la isla es muy cara. El precio del hotel es muy elevado para ofrecer solo desayuno en esa tarifa.

"El mejor desayuno de hotel que he comido. Sin contar los de Bali, banana pankake uuuufff Habitaciones grandes cómodas, espaciosas, limpias y con comedor separado y baño enorme. Mucho más de lo que esperaba. Un 10"

Valor de las comidas y servicios extras excesivo.

"Un lugar muy tranquilo con vistas bonitas. La persona que se encargaba de la cena fue súper amable y la comida muy rica. El desayuno no tanto, pero al menos había cantidad, lo que se agradece si te vas de ruta al día siguiente."

La piscina no tiene agua. El internet no llegaba a la habitación, pero puedes estar en el lugar del desayuno y cena para usarlo tranquilamente en alguno de los sofás que tienen.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

Nothing it a Perfect Place

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Un paraíso en watamu, las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias, cerca de la playa y de tiendas y puestos, el desayuno muy rico y con buena variedad, en general el resort tiene una calidad alta."

The absence of a choice of restaurants inside the resort, but there are many outside

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

Breakfast could be improved.

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

"Bonito lugar bien ubicado cerquita al mar, atención muy buena. La habitación cómoda y limpia, la comida que ofrecen es muy rica, muy bien calidad - precio. Punto a mejorar, el desayuno, algo típico sería más atractivo."

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.
