"On arrival, we could not enter the property as we were not given a code when booking for the gate to open. Being foreign travellers, we did not have a way to call the lodge. Luckily, a local resident helped us to call to get the gate open. This was stressful, as we arrived late afternoon."

The host communicated very well with us from when we made our booking until our arrival. They provided us with everything we needed even things we didn't expect since it was self-catering.
