"Ubicación excelente, el personal muy amable. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. El personal es realmente muy amable y sabe tratar muy bien al huésped"

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

Tardaron mucho tiempo en realizar la limpieza de la habitación y a pesar de que reclamamos 3 veces, la limpieza fue realizada al final del día. En momentos el vapor y olor a cloro en el área de la piscina privada del hotel era muy intenso, me llegué a sentir un poco mareada. Las batas de baño tenían agujeros o estaban rotas en algunas zonas. Falta más ganchos de pared o tendederos para las toallas, éramos 4 personas, y entre las toallas de la piscina, las batas, y las toallas de baño, terminamos teniendo toallas guindadas por toda la habitación.

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

El trato de Simone fue agradable pero no me gustó el trato de su marido, tuvo un gesto muy poco profesional hacia mí. Se lo transmití a Simone. Pese a ello, mi hija y yo disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en Magic Reef.

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

"Everything was perfect : - the environnement is beautiful - the bungalows are spacious and with all comfort needed (except the cold shower) - the team is very sweet and welcoming - the food is delicious and generous"

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

"La playa es muy linda y los atardeceres son hermosos. Un lugar rodeado de naturaleza y ideal para un buen descanso. se escuchan pajaros y se siente mucha paz. Es el lugar mas lindo que he visto en taiwan, esta un poco desolado y se entiende por la lejania da un ambiente un poco retro, pero la privacidad lo vale todo. y el hotel esta muy bien cuidado y limpio, se nota que trabajan en los detalles. Me encanto los arboles y la vegetacion de este lugar, no pude conocer el spa pero tambien se ve que es muy lindo. Gracias por los snacks y bebidas que dejan en la nevera es un extra que ayuda mucho."

El servicio en general de personal es muy regular. En la zona de la playa nadie se acerca ayudarte o brindarte una toalla o una bebida. Podrian mejorar la experiencia al cliente. Ya que tu mismo te debes parar a buscar tus bebidas o comida. Tambien no me gusto que los deayunos estaban incluidos pero un dia pedidomos servicio al cuarto y me cobraron el desayuno en la factura. Entiendo que el servicio al cuarto tiene un valor extra pero me cobraron todo el desayuno y el servicio. Los precios de la habitaciones son costosas queriamos quedarnos otro dia, pero elevaron mucho la tarifa. y no nos dieron una opcion mas economica como alternativa.

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"Tongan Beach resort is very isolated and great if you don't want to be found. The team there are fabulous, and the food is first class"

The Resort is very isolated, and expensive to go anywhere. You are actually quite captive. Off season is not the time to go here. There are very few options for activities outside the resort. Apart from an island tour which is well worth doing, you are really confined to barracks, book reading (no TVs) and waiting for sunset drinks. Yes, there is some good snorkelling, swimming and kayaking, but that's it. No TV's or DVD library, no games as such. So, it's an awfully long way to go, and very expensive for just this. Unless of course that's what you're looking for.

The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay even more special. The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ramgarh Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

El almuerzo y la cena esos dos tiempos de comida deberían de variar un poco o usar otro tipo de condimentos que le den sabor porque realmente a veces no se le siente gusto a la comida excepto el desayuno que es exquisito

- El costo de transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel es de 70 dólares por viaje . - los restaurant temáticos no son tan buenos, en el dorado esperamos casi 2 horas para que nos trajeran el plato. En general la atención es lenta y la comida no es tan especial en los restaurantes temáticos. - dentro de semana falta más actividades tipo fiesta para los adultos, ya que solo son viernes y sábado.

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."

"La habitación y el baño son bastante grandes y luminosos. Está al lado de la Long Beach, puedes ir caminando. El dueño está siempre disponible para cualquier consulta y es muy simpático. En mi caso se encargó de llamar para tener el taxi agendado el día que me iba, reservar un tour, buscar un centro de buceo y darme recomendaciones de sitios. Todos los días me dejaban un par de botellas de agua, lo cual se agradece. La habitación también tenía café, té y frigorífico. Ha sido mi estancia más especial en Tailandia sin ninguna duda."

"El servicio y la atención son impecables. Queremos destacar especialmente a Alexandra en recepción, Thais en el Sandbar y Juan en el desayuno por su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Todo está cuidadosamente pensado para que disfrutes al máximo de tu estancia. Una experiencia inolvidable."

Lo único que nos gustó menos fue la comida, adaptada al paladar americano, y el sistema de propinas, muy al estilo estadounidense, presente en casi todos los servicios, lo que puede chocar un poco a quienes somos europeos.
