"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

El hotel un poco quedado en el tiempo con poco mantenimiento pero cómodo.Faltarian más toma corrientes en las habitacione

Lo único que destacaría como ''mal'' fue que nos pusieron dos camas juntas individuales en vez de una doble y se notaba el hueco en el medio.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Un po' troppo rumore notturno

"El personal, especialmente quienes atienden en el restaurante y el desayuno, son excepcionales. El restaurante que se encuentra en el segundo piso es delicioso y tienen excelentes cortes de carne y saben prepararlos a la perfección, además de un dueto de músicos que deleitan con su arte todas las noches. La ubicación es perfecta para movilizarse hacia los puntos más importantes de Cape Town."

Los elevadores necesitan una mejoría ya que son muy lentos y el de servicio tiene un ruido que suena durante todo el día y parte de la noche. El frente del hotel debería tener una rampa, ya sea para acceso de personas con discapacidad o equipaje pesado. Se debería notificar con antelación al huésped que se necesita hacer un depósito de garantía para permitir el hospedaje.

Todo lo que le pedí y más me lo hicieron gustosamente...el trato del personal impecable..llegamos con bastante retraso ( 1 de la noche) y nos enviaron un taxi al aeropuerto con un precio muy razonable. alquilamos la habitación más cara, porque queríamos usar la bañera y tener una habitación más cómoda y amplia, resulta que la bañera al llenarse era con agua amarilla literalmente agua con tierra o óxido! no pude usar lo que vine a usar! pedí algún tipo de reembolso y simplemente se negaron a un tipo de descuento o algo! trabajo en hotel y con huéspedes y en casos así se llega a un acuerdo donde el cliente se vaya contento, lo cual para nosotros no fue lo esperado! un detalle una comida o algún tipo de descuento!
