"El lugar es hermoso. Desde que llegas hay una sensación de paz, un jardín muy bonito y cuidado y una piscina que invita al descanso. La habitación era cómoda, bonita y con cosas de buena calidad. El baño era muy amplio y cómodo, y me gustó que la ducha estuviera afuera, algo especial que se puede hacer solo en lugares con un clima como el de Bali."

La ubicación no era tan céntrica, por lo que hay que pagar transporte para ir al centro de Ubud. El lugar es tan bonito que daban ganas de quedarse en la piscina todo el día, lo que no era posible porque no había restaurant en el lugar, por lo que teníamos que salir a comprar algo para comer. Sería increíble si tuvieran un pequeño bar/restaurant que permitan quedarse todo el día disfrutando del lugar! El desayuno era rico, pero podría ser más variado, sobre todo considerando si uno se queda más días. La limpieza del baño podría haber sido mejor. Se escuchan muchos insectos y animales desde temprano. A nosotros no nos molestó pero para alguien podría ser molesto.

"son cabañas muy espaciosas, super cómodas, tienen todo lo necesario para cocinar lo que quieras, tienen un mantenimiento impecable, todo funciona bien. la super recomiendo."

1. There was no Iron in the room (it is written in the room facilities) 2. Noisy neighbours (they celebrated birthday and used equipment for loud music and jumped in the pool)

"Great location and the scenery was beautiful. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Located on hill tops and the views were amazing! Perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. Surrounded by trees and was entertained by monkeys swinging through the branches. The rooms were also very spacious and allowed a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and meals were delivered to the room. Staff were very accommodating and overall had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"Location was ideal for any work close to the university. The food given for breakfast was delicious and dinner was great at a great price."

"The huts are amazing, great location max. 3 minutes from the slope if you stay in the furthest one. They’re clean and warm, have all the things you need to cook a pretty decent dinner for a couple of people and there’s even sponges and dish soap at the property. The huts are very warm and they stay that way during the night so you won’t be cold. The owner is great and is quick to offer whatever help you need. It’s a quiet place without many people going through and you can’t hear anything going on in the other houses. The WiFi is very good and each hut has its own router."

The towels provided are every small (basically hand towels) - that’s not bad really but it’d be nice if that information was provided. Kind of no place to put your skis and snowboards except on the small terrace - unless you’d like them in your bedroom - but that’s not a big problem.

"Fantástico !!!! Increíble el trato de todo el staff. Lugar idílico, comida exquisita. El manager se encargó personalmente de recogernos y llevarnos al puerto con su equipo. Muy agradecidos de llevarnos las maletas hasta dentro del barco. Sin duda lo recomiendo a todo el mundo"

"Un autentico lujo tener cabañas a pie de playa!!! Básicas y cómodas. Posibilidad de cenar buffet por 20€ o al medio día a la carta. Salen barcas cada rato para ir a Isla de Rolas, muy aconsejable ir a visitarla. Y cerca de Playa Piscina y Jale."

"Top. Les propriétaires étaient aux petits soins, les équipements de très bonne qualité. Et le petit déjeuner excellent. Je recommande vivement."

"Breakfast was fine - just remember to inform the owner the day before if you require breakfast. Ingrid, the co-owner, is a lovely woman and a fine, traditional cook. You will never leave the table hungry! Whilst she can offer beer at an extra cost, we tended to buy our own along with wine to drink at dinner. Again, you will need to inform Ingrid on the day if you require dinner later. There is no choice; me and my wife are both omnivores with no allergies or intollerances, and always liked what she prepared! Our lodge was spacious with a generous deck overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the sea in the background."

A small fridge in our lodge would have been a great bonus - however, we were free to use Ingrid's fridge. The shower was also a little on the dribbly side!

"Location is wonderful, no need to leave the place, you have treks and walks in the reserve. Food is wonderful also. The attention is great."

"Very relaxing. The hosts are very attentive and will do anything to make sure you are well looked after."

"En un moderno edificio al margen del centro y a 5 minutos en tuk tuk de la estación de autobuses, nos tocó una habitación muy amplia y confortable, limpia, con todo tipo de equipo (agua caliente, AC, ventilador, wifi) en buenas condiciones de funcionamiento, e inclusive una copia del Times of India entregada al cuarto en la mañana! Personal muy amable y servicial, nos permitió el uso de la habitación un par de horas antes del check-in."

Would have been nice if pool had been heated - a bit cool in the late afternoon for a swim. Recognize this would differ seasonally.

Overall, I highly recommend Top Lodge for its friendly staff, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, reliable Wi-Fi, and inviting pool area."

"Comfortable stay in a Vintage house, outback-Australia style. Has all things in the kitchen to use if self catering.Hot shower .Central, close to a lovely beach and restaurants. But 2 km from main supermarket. Recommended"

"The room was beautiful opening up to a sea view. Could go kayaking from just outside the room. The lodge had kayaks and life jackets available to guests. Could also go fishing or swimming - just idyllic! The staff were also really helpful. I would most definitely stay here again."

I can’t think of anything i didn’t like

"La ubicación es ideal, junto al lago y perfecto para poder ver Auroras Boleares. Nosotros vimos unas pocas porque no era el día ideal pero si se pueden ver desde allí. La habitación es bonita, como la de las fotos. Destacar el Restaurante del alojamiento, es barato, todo muy rico, con mucha variedad en el menú, nosotros íbamos a cenar allí aunque ya no estábamos alojados. Las camareras son muy muy simpáticas y agradables incluso una de ellas hablaba español."

El baño es pequeño pero suficiente.

"El lugar es ideal para descansar , nos dieron ayuda con la logística de colocar y retirar los Jetski del agua . El tour de avistamiento de monos vale la pena porque los puedes alimentar y verlos muy cerca de forma segura"

"If you want a peaceful, calm and stunning environment, this is the place. It is simple, but has everything you need in a beautiful setting. Perfect for nature lovers who don't want to be on top of other guests."

Was a bit musty smelling, but after being opened up and aired out and a candle or two it was perfect.

"Excelente experiencia, una paz increible, muy buena atencion, instalaciones, piscina, spa (masajes), y el restaurant. Recomendado 100% Cerca de Managua, viaje relativamrente corto, hay que llegar a masatepe antes y desde alli la carretera esta nitida."
