"It's a basic place, but nice. The bathroom is clean and functional (and great hot water). The bedroom is perfectly fine for a night or two, but would struggle with lots of packing and unpacking if you were staying a while. Owner is super super friendly and nice."

El único pero que puedo ponerle es que mi habitación salía del patio y había ruido a partir de que comenzaba la hora del desayuno (6.30h), pero el segundo día me adecué a ese horario. Está a 10 minutos de la plaza principal, pero Santa Ana es muy seguro y no hay problema.

Food shops & markets in the district are regionally expensive. The area for basic cold food storage and microwave reheating of food needs a serious update. For the number of guests the refrigerator is way to small. The small microwave does not fit common delivery food packages, or a standard dinner plate for reheating.

La habitación era enorme y cómoda, muy seguro y bien calefaccionado, las instalaciones en general impecables y el personal amable. Se respetaban los horarios de descanso y silencio. Nos encantó! "La persona que nos atendió en recepción fue un encanto y muy empático con los más pequeños de la casa. Además nos cambió a una habitación superior por el mismo precio. el canal que hay al lado del alojamiento tiene buena pinta para practicar deportes acuáticos."

Había alojado un equipo de algo (todos adolescentes) e hicieron bastante ruido a horas que no debían. El desayuno, aunque es más que suficiente, estaba bastante arrasado por el citado equipo de adolescentes. Hay poco parking y se llena bastante rápido y eso que no había mucha gente a parte de los adolescentes.

"Great helpful staff, freshly cleaned room. I arrived earlier than planned and they quickly swept and mopped the room and made up my bed while I waited. Super central location. Showers were hot. Got given a roll of toilet paper on check in which seems like a great solution to previous negative reviews saying toilet paper ran out and wasn't topped up. Great value for money"

There was no common area to hang out in like a lounge or courtyard or kitchen, but even still I made new friends just in my dorm room, in the corridor and in the bathroom while brushing my teeth. Probably not ideal for light sleepers as there is a karaoke bar nearby but I really enjoyed being able to hear all the singing!

Very basic. I had a room to myself, but if I had to share, it'd be very cramped. Power outlet wasn't near the beds.

Dogs are dangerous and should be kept tied when owners are not around. One tried to snatch my breakfast bag in morning
