"This property was tucked away in the rain forest. Alejandro was exceptional, his knowledge of nature and the beneficial properties of plants from his garden which he had specifically grown was like having a professor with us all the time. He and His wife Christiana also incorporated some of the fruit and vegetables into our stunning breakfasts which were freshly prepared each morning.. Alejandro was incredibly helpful booking restaurants. He always greeted us with a smile and was a perfect host. We felt perfectly relaxed by the end of the stay."

Would have liked more light, and water pressure but to be honest we didn’t mention it to him so he could fix it.

The safari guides were exceptionally knowledgeable - we learned a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of every game drive. The food was 10/10 - I am gluten free and they prepared a separate menu for me every meal time. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!"

"Es un resort dentro de una reserva natural. Especial para desconectar y reencontrarse con la naturaleza. El personal de por más atencioso y amable. Están en todos los detalles. Tengo que destacar también que al siguiente día tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, porque decidimos ampliar la estancia y la suite no estaba disponible. La segunda habitación tenía un mobiliario mucho más escaso y nos encontramos varios insectos, pero cumplía con la función. El personal era muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar y a aconsejarte. Por lo que respecta a la comida, a la hora del desayuno ofrecen un amplia variedad de productos locales muy buenos. También cenamos en el hotel (en las inmediaciones no hay mucha oferta de servicios) y quedamos encantados, tanto con el precio como con el menú"

Es importante destacar que, si el desplazamiento se realiza en autonomía, no existe un aparcamiento habilitado.

"The room was beautiful opening up to a sea view. Could go kayaking from just outside the room. The lodge had kayaks and life jackets available to guests. Could also go fishing or swimming - just idyllic! The staff were also really helpful. I would most definitely stay here again."

"Very relaxing. The hosts are very attentive and will do anything to make sure you are well looked after."

"Breakfast was fine - just remember to inform the owner the day before if you require breakfast. Ingrid, the co-owner, is a lovely woman and a fine, traditional cook. You will never leave the table hungry! Whilst she can offer beer at an extra cost, we tended to buy our own along with wine to drink at dinner. Again, you will need to inform Ingrid on the day if you require dinner later. There is no choice; me and my wife are both omnivores with no allergies or intollerances, and always liked what she prepared! Our lodge was spacious with a generous deck overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the sea in the background."

A small fridge in our lodge would have been a great bonus - however, we were free to use Ingrid's fridge. The shower was also a little on the dribbly side!

"We were generously upgraded to the Langakali house from the Heilala initially booked at no extra charge. This worked out perfect having the extra bathroom. The house was easily accessible on our arrival with overall good communication from the renters. Nina was beautiful and did countless loads of washing for us with no hesitation included in the accomodation price. Green Lodge is close proximity to town and our families village so was a prime location for us. Screens on doors and windows were a plus, coils and basic toiletries and essentials were provided and ample storage throughout. A quiet area that felt very safe. Style of the house is older, but comfortable enough, we felt at home being here."

Although screens were throughout, you will still need repellent and extra coils. The ensuite bathroom toilet wouldn’t always flush properly and the wifi wasn’t working. It would be a plus to have one more fan in the third bedroom of the Langakali house and

"El lugar es hermoso. Desde que llegas hay una sensación de paz, un jardín muy bonito y cuidado y una piscina que invita al descanso. La habitación era cómoda, bonita y con cosas de buena calidad. El baño era muy amplio y cómodo, y me gustó que la ducha estuviera afuera, algo especial que se puede hacer solo en lugares con un clima como el de Bali."

La ubicación no era tan céntrica, por lo que hay que pagar transporte para ir al centro de Ubud. El lugar es tan bonito que daban ganas de quedarse en la piscina todo el día, lo que no era posible porque no había restaurant en el lugar, por lo que teníamos que salir a comprar algo para comer. Sería increíble si tuvieran un pequeño bar/restaurant que permitan quedarse todo el día disfrutando del lugar! El desayuno era rico, pero podría ser más variado, sobre todo considerando si uno se queda más días. La limpieza del baño podría haber sido mejor. Se escuchan muchos insectos y animales desde temprano. A nosotros no nos molestó pero para alguien podría ser molesto.

"It was quirky and a lovely cosy space to base ourselves. Very close to the airport and next to the harbour in the town. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The loft bed was something different too and cosy and comfortable. The owner was great and friendly. We had absolutely no issues and hope to go again someday."

Еда в ресторане не блещет разнообразием, но ОЧЕНЬ достойная. Морепродукты, естественно, свежайшие, каждый день! Отдельные слова благодарности хозяйке! За почти 30 лет путешествий по миру было очень немного мест, где хозяин лично встречает и провожает гостей, и каждый день интересуется настроением и возможными вопросами к проживанию. Если будет возможность - непременно стоит сюда приехать!!!"
