"The property was maintained well. Unfortunately, at times there were dog poop in the walk way. Thankfully that was later cleaned, but I hope the dogs can be poop in the bushes and not where the guest walks."
The female owner was not helpful when asked for a meal/something to eat outside of the lunch hour. Also, at times she was overheard having loud fusses that could have been done in private when the guests were not around.

"Very welcoming and happy staff. They were so kind and caring. The place was warm and the fire place in the common area was a nice touch (we visited in winter). Everything was explained so well. We loved the pool and onsen! Truly a spa resort! Thanks."

"El sitio es espectacular, muy agradable, bonito, tranquilo, bien cuidado....increíble!!precio-calidad inmejorable y el personal muy atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar! El desayuno de 10, muy bueno y abundante! Sin lugar a dudas es el mejor hotel donde he estado nunca! 100% recomendable!!"

"Nos asignaron la cabaña número 6. Muy amplia, cómoda y con una vista realmente preciosa. Solo alojamos una noche pero es un lugar para disfrutar de una estadía más larga. Limpieza impecable. Cocina completa, Ropa de cama y toallas súper blancas. Muy buena wifi. Check in y out fácil y rápido. La decoración es de muy buen gusto. Muy recomendable y volveríamos sin dudarlo!!"
