"Nos hospedamos en la suite y la verdad que era increíble, el mobiliario y las vistas eran impresionantes. Tengo que destacar también que al siguiente día tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, porque decidimos ampliar la estancia y la suite no estaba disponible. La segunda habitación tenía un mobiliario mucho más escaso y nos encontramos varios insectos, pero cumplía con la función. El personal era muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar y a aconsejarte. Por lo que respecta a la comida, a la hora del desayuno ofrecen un amplia variedad de productos locales muy buenos. También cenamos en el hotel (en las inmediaciones no hay mucha oferta de servicios) y quedamos encantados, tanto con el precio como con el menú"

Es importante destacar que, si el desplazamiento se realiza en autonomía, no existe un aparcamiento habilitado.

"Beautiful surroundings, so calm. The host is incredibly helpful and kind. This refuge is his personal project, and you can see his passion. The surrounding villages are small but lovely to walk through. There are nice hikes possible, including to the peak of Mount Agou, the people on the paths will kindly guide you to your destination. They are truly kind."

The location on the map is slightly off, ask for a pin before you arrive to make sure you find the right place!

"This is a beautiful and well run place to stay. I was made welcome as soon as I arrived. Room was very nice and such good value for money. Peaceful place even with it being next to the lake where there was much singing and dancing and fireworks for the water festival (Bon Om Touk). Green and lush surroundings. I ordered my chicken fried rice when I arrived for 4 hours later. 4 hours later I was eating chicken fried rice."

"La ubicación es ideal, junto al lago y perfecto para poder ver Auroras Boleares. Nosotros vimos unas pocas porque no era el día ideal pero si se pueden ver desde allí. La habitación es bonita, como la de las fotos. Destacar el Restaurante del alojamiento, es barato, todo muy rico, con mucha variedad en el menú, nosotros íbamos a cenar allí aunque ya no estábamos alojados. Las camareras son muy muy simpáticas y agradables incluso una de ellas hablaba español."

El baño es pequeño pero suficiente.

"la habitacion y el bano eran espaciosos con vistas al lago. Aunque dispone de una zona para calentar comida en la oficina, no dispone de servicio de desayuno o restaurante , hay que ir hasta en centro de Osooyoos para ello."

"Friendly supportive staff. The log cabin accommodation was warm, comfortable and beautifully unique in the attention to detail, artistically designed carved wood, stretched leather, fur chair and stone framed mirror. Husky ride was fun learning about their training from friendly staff. Highly recommended for a comfortable and unique experience."

Couldn’t improve this stay it was excellent. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

"Great and unusual stay! Because is non tourist season, most of places near were closed, but owner kindly suggested to us where we can enjoy food - place Ataman, with kind woman i house athmosfer. Super clean place, amazing view, birds, and parking - everything for the trip on wild nature. They also have very cute cat if you love animals 😊 Forest near, lake, we really enjoyed walking around."

"Estupenda atención del personal. Cábalas preciosas. El trekking desde la propiedad de lo mejor. Vimos monos, serpientes, ranas,etc. Desayuno exquisito. Ver tucanes y otros animales mientras desayunas no tiene precio."

Aunque la comida estaba muy rica es bastante cara. No es un sitio para ir de mochileo.

"Great location and the scenery was beautiful. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Located on hill tops and the views were amazing! Perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. Surrounded by trees and was entertained by monkeys swinging through the branches. The rooms were also very spacious and allowed a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and meals were delivered to the room. Staff were very accommodating and overall had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"El sitio muy cuidado y bonito, a la orilla del lago, y el personal encantador. Una pena no habernos quedado más días. Todo esto teniendo en cuenta la ubicación, que es un pueblo bonito pero sin más."

"Located exactly on the mountain, with exceptional views. Facilities were clean, comfortable and well heated. Staff were very helpful to transfer us to the hotel when we arrived, as the car park was a bit far from the hotel. They also treated us exceptionally well, and were always ready to accommodate us with our needs. Food and drinks were also really good. All in all 10/10 stay"

"The area was quiet, house comfortable and staff friendly. I needed to check out before breakfast so they gave me a lunch box with delicious food. It was a nice stay."

"The huts are amazing, great location max. 3 minutes from the slope if you stay in the furthest one. They’re clean and warm, have all the things you need to cook a pretty decent dinner for a couple of people and there’s even sponges and dish soap at the property. The huts are very warm and they stay that way during the night so you won’t be cold. The owner is great and is quick to offer whatever help you need. It’s a quiet place without many people going through and you can’t hear anything going on in the other houses. The WiFi is very good and each hut has its own router."

The towels provided are every small (basically hand towels) - that’s not bad really but it’d be nice if that information was provided. Kind of no place to put your skis and snowboards except on the small terrace - unless you’d like them in your bedroom - but that’s not a big problem.

"La atencion es excelente y supero nuestras expectativas. Estuvimo solo una noche y nos quedamos a comer el dia siguiente con un late checkout. El coche del hotel nos esperaba en la estacion Last Exit. Desde ahi fuimos al hotel que esta en la reserva. Tuvimos un asitente personal durante todo el dia primero a Nicole que nos atendió a la llegada y luego a Rafqi que le agradecemos mucho la atencion. El bungaló es grande con un jardín y piscina privada. Las comidas excelentes y muy abundates . El primer dia hicimos la experiancia de montar en Camello, los halcones y un show de malabaristas con fuego. Al dia siguiente, montamos a caballo y fuimos de excursion con todoterreno por la reserva, vimos los lagos con flamingos rosas y acabamos en la zona de dunas. Esta fue la experiencia más interesante para nosotros. Pero lo más destacado fue la atencion personalizada de Rafqi. con él pudimos ir ajustando el horario de las actividades a nuestro interés."

"Era una habitación grande, bien situada en Malta y la mujer que nos atendió era muy amable, además la habitación era bastante bonita y muy bien decorada."

"Un lugar con encanto. Personal excelente. Desayuno muy bueno. Comimos todos los días allí porque la comida es buena y a buen precio. Un lugar inmejorable si quieres hacer la ruta de los siete lagos. El último día teníamos que marcharnos temprano y nos tenían preparado el desayuno antes de el horario habitual."
