"Location stunning / staff lovely / food fantastic / pool lovely / bungalow just right / other cabins were stunning but wasted on us for a few nights so we just had a bungalow"

"Los toboganes son geniales. El buffet era variado con alternativas para todos los gustos. El personal del comedor es muy eficiente. La habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas. El baño está un poco anticuado pero es funcional. Podría mejorarse el tema del gel.de baño/champú, que pese a ser un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene un dispensador único en la pared."

La zona de playa era pequeña y estaba un poco sucia. Si vas a por un helado cerca de la hora del.cierre tienes que llevarte el sabor que quede porque no reponen, un detalle un poco feo. Cuando la descripción de la habitación dice vistas al parque, en realidad quiere decir vistas al PARKING

"The first thing that stands out is the friendly staff - polite and nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best we’ve encountered. We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. The food was good and plentiful and the hotel and surroundings were clean and well kept. A very enjoyable stay!"

Está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad tienes que ir con vehículo, no hay transporte publico

"Las dos chicas de la recepción el Lunes por la tarde me hicieron sentir como bienvenido a casa. Elegí el hotel por el gimnasio, es el más completo, no es un gimnasio de hotel, es un gimnasio en serio, tiene socios y todo pero manejan muy bien el tema del aforo. Las instalaciones bien, a 10’ en coche de encamp para subir a Grandvalira."

Muy familiar, quizás demasiados niños para mi gusto. El cocinero de huevos no empezaba a trabajar hasta luego de las 8.

"La ubicación tan cerca de Port Denarau. La piscina era bien grande y había muchas hamacas alrededor. En la cena fuimos al puerto, pero hay una pizzería donde comimos uno de los días cuando terminó nuestra excursión que muy bien."

"Exceptional site and lovely beaches & swimming pools with good restaurants"

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent

"Tongan Beach resort is very isolated and great if you don't want to be found. The team there are fabulous, and the food is first class"

The Resort is very isolated, and expensive to go anywhere. You are actually quite captive. Off season is not the time to go here. There are very few options for activities outside the resort. Apart from an island tour which is well worth doing, you are really confined to barracks, book reading (no TVs) and waiting for sunset drinks. Yes, there is some good snorkelling, swimming and kayaking, but that's it. No TV's or DVD library, no games as such. So, it's an awfully long way to go, and very expensive for just this. Unless of course that's what you're looking for.

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

El trato de Simone fue agradable pero no me gustó el trato de su marido, tuvo un gesto muy poco profesional hacia mí. Se lo transmití a Simone. Pese a ello, mi hija y yo disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en Magic Reef.

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

Toda la Familia de Leonardo Laura es amable y cordial pero guardamos un lugar especial en nuestras memorias de Thekla, la mujer más cordial que alguien quisiera conocer! Dios los siga bendiciendo e esperamos poder volver pronto, desde Israel la Tierra de nuestro Señor Jesús!"
