"La relación calidad-precio. Está al lado de un pequeño centro comercial donde hay tiendas, restaurantes y cafeteria. Desde este centro comercial hay un bus gratuito cada 20 minutos que te lleva a la estación de tren. Si quisiera hacerlo a pie no se tarda mas de 15 minutos. El personal esquisito. Al tener un problema que me amplifica los zumbidos de los motores y me cambiaron a una habitación más silenciosa donde pude descansar como un rey."

Quizas esté un poco lejos del tren pero sinceramente no fue para tanto y repetiria.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"Un desayuno tipo buffet muy completo! Multiples zumos donde elegir, tostadas, dulces, full english breakfast, y tienen una zona donde te preparan smoothies al momento, pudiendo elegir la fruta que quieres en ellos. Tiene una cafeteria abierta de 7 a 23h con gran variedad de cafes y batidos, con dulces y jamaican patty.. increible. Para la comida y la cena puedes elegir entre el buffet o 3 restaurantes a la carta que tienen. Mucha variedad y comida muy rica. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, es resort es grande, parece una mini ciudad. 3 piscinas (la grande y principal, una con cascada y otra infinity pool), Zona de juegos con mini golf, billar, ping pong... Y tienes incluidas actividades acuaticas (paddleboard, windsurf, kayaks...) Todos los dias tienen planeadas unas actividades en las que formar parte y lo pasas muy bien."

Todo perfecto. El unico problema que le encontramos algunos dias es que el personal no era muy amable.

Los horarios de las actividades son muy diferentes y difíciles de recordar, convirtiéndose casi en una gymkana el poder realizarlas. En algunas de ellas ni tan siquiera había información de dónde se hacía

"Las vistas de las habitaciones al mar es algo insuperable. El personal muy amable. Muy buen desayuno, algunas cosas son base y otras van cambiando día a día. Muy buenos productos de higiene y blanquería."

En general la isla es muy cara. El precio del hotel es muy elevado para ofrecer solo desayuno en esa tarifa.

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Благодарим за избора на стая в Royal Castle, най- луксозния хотел. Гледката беше отлична. Тъмна и тиха стая. Просторна стая и голяма баня от мрамор. Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. Съчетанието с дива гора 🐺 и море е невероятно за почивка."

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.

"Unit 18 was perfect, but there was a sewerage smell. We enjoyed the seclusion and solitude,"

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

"El mejor desayuno de hotel que he comido. Sin contar los de Bali, banana pankake uuuufff Habitaciones grandes cómodas, espaciosas, limpias y con comedor separado y baño enorme. Mucho más de lo que esperaba. Un 10"

"Realmente no existen palabras para describir el encanto del lugar, desde que ingresas hasta que salis, tanto el personal y la estancia muy acogedora, la limpieza impecable, el servicio gastronómico variado y sobre todo excelentes precios. Una velada inolvidable."

"Las dos chicas de la recepción el Lunes por la tarde me hicieron sentir como bienvenido a casa. Elegí el hotel por el gimnasio, es el más completo, no es un gimnasio de hotel, es un gimnasio en serio, tiene socios y todo pero manejan muy bien el tema del aforo. Las instalaciones bien, a 10’ en coche de encamp para subir a Grandvalira."

Muy familiar, quizás demasiados niños para mi gusto. El cocinero de huevos no empezaba a trabajar hasta luego de las 8.
