"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! "Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"A very nice and clean room. It's newly renovated. It was -8°C outside during our vacation, so we didn't even always turn on the heating because the apartment was so warm. The room has all the necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, scissors, a corkscrew) and bathroom essentials (combs, a hairdryer, and even feminine hygiene products). Location is good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to ski elevator No.1. The hotel proposes 20% discount at Zjaj. It was the cheapest one. Also the can wax and sharpen the renting board 👍🏻 The apartment complex is connected with spa center Mamababa, so you even don’t need to go outside"

The location is different with booking address. We were trying to find it about 1 hour. You have to put in maps “National restaurant”, the reception is located in the same building, but the left door. The room doesn’t have mountain view, you have the view to the main road and roof from the downstairs restaurant. Since the restaurant is downstairs it was noise some nights Spa complex is a little bit expensive - 5000 dinares per person, the hotel in 200 m propose prise 3000 dinares

"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

El restaurante a la hora de la cena estaba abarrotado de gente, me sentaron en una mesa sin ventilador y pase mucho calor, la rapidez de servicio tambien es mejorable.

Having to say goodbye at the end of the stay. All of the staff and other guests were friendly and welcoming

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

Como punto negativo, sería el tema de la habitación para ir con maletas es poco práctico si te toca en un ala, ya que tienes que salvar unas escaleras y quizás podría incluirse una rampa para ello.
