"Muy tranquilo, buenos desayunos, el personal es fantástico. Las habitaciones están muy bien, bonitas y cómodas."

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

Desayuno algo escaso a pesar de ofrecer tortillas y crepes en el momento. A menudo abrían más tarde de las 7:30, lo cual podría afectar al orden del día. No pudimos disfrutar del jacuzzi porque no funcionaba.

"La playa es hermosa y tiene muchas palmeras lo que proporciona buenas sombra."

Nadie hace ningún esfuerzo por comunicarse en tu idioma (español).y el hotel tiene mucho desgaste por los años.

"The breakfast buffet was good quality if a little expensive, make sure you book day before to get a discount."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

Shaky internet and the rooms abit small for the pricing.

No pude alargar mi estadía, me tocó irme a otro hotel. Las instalaciones requieren un poco de mantenimiento acorde con el precio que cobran.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

"A lovely place to stay if you are looking for a little paradise, which is peaceful and calm and still close by all facilites you need. There are complimentary kayaks and snorkelling gear and there is a lovely pool area. The owner Harry and the housekeeper Karen were really amazing and very friendly. There are a few restaurants near by and so is the bus station or rental places where you can hire a car or motorbike."

The only thing I would mention that could be improved in the future is to install an AC. For me the STRONG ventilator was enough as I have no problems with heat and humidity.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Lo único es que se notaba la inexperiencia del personal del restaurant. En un almuerzo solicité si me podían hacer un cambio, quería cambiar el arroz por ensalada y me cobraron la ensalada aparte, solo quería lechuga con pepino y tomate.

"las habitación cómoda amplia pero no se dejen llevar por la foto no todas son así! la comida fue lo mejor! usamos media pensión lo cual fue magnífico! ojo no todas las bebidas están incluidas!"

alquilamos la habitación más cara, porque queríamos usar la bañera y tener una habitación más cómoda y amplia, resulta que la bañera al llenarse era con agua amarilla literalmente agua con tierra o óxido! no pude usar lo que vine a usar! pedí algún tipo de reembolso y simplemente se negaron a un tipo de descuento o algo! trabajo en hotel y con huéspedes y en casos así se llega a un acuerdo donde el cliente se vaya contento, lo cual para nosotros no fue lo esperado! un detalle una comida o algún tipo de descuento!
