La comunicación fue rápida y profesional, y cada detalle fue gestionado con mucho cuidado. Quiero hacer una mención especial a Indi, quien fue increíblemente amable, atenta y profesional en todo momento. "Kelly and his family are amazing hosts. We feel in family! :-) Kelly is so helpful and talkative, always able to give suggestions and help finding activities to do, contacts, etc. His son, Junior, went with us to many places and activities and we fell him like a younger brother! :-) All the family made us feel welcome and at "home far from home". Installations are simple, but in a nice location, in the countryside, quite and friendly place, not far from Goroka center/easy bus connections but we have everything we needed, even to cook our meals. If you want a simple and family place to stay, with someone who will help you around, this is the place! If once I go back PNG and Goroka, I'll stay here again! :-) Thanks Kelly, Junior and family! It's normal to have light and water cuts. But it's common in the region/general problem and not from the place.

"A Pleasant Surprise at Palm Garden! We booked Palm Garden without checking any reviews—only afterward did we take a look and feel a bit unsure. My husband even told me not to say anything about the booking, just to see how it was when we got there. But to our surprise, from the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. At the doorstep, we were greeted by Madu at reception, who welcomed us with the warmest smile—as if we had known her for years! 😊 Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful view. It was clear that the staff really care about maintaining a high standard."

"Habia abundante papel higienico de calidad, servilletas para secarse las manos y toallas. Las habitaciones y las camas bien equipadas y cómodas. La ubicación es muy buena, a dos cuadras de la avenida con más movimiento de todo Esfambul, lleno de negocios y restaurantes"

La ubicación tiene un lado B: si vas a descansar, el ruido de la calle entra por la ventana y es difícil tener buenas horas de sueño. Además, el hostel tiene 4 pisos sin ascensor. También aclarar que en la descripción decían que tenían cocina pero no la tienen

"Personal súper cálido y familiar. Flexibles, agradables y dispuestos a solucionar todo. Me dieron toalla que yo había olvidado y había gel de ducha en el baño. todo muy bien"

"We had a wonderful stay. It's a good way to get to know the Uzbek culture, far away from the touristy areas. It's run by a family. Nigina and her girls cooked amazing fresh food every day. Best food we had in whole Uzbekistan especially the Plov, even the guides who stayed there it's one of the best they ever had. Raxmat is an amazing host he helped us with thing from the beginning till the end, with transportation or also with hike tours. The place is good for every type of travellers, there were also some families, solo female travelers etc. For us, we stayed 3 nights, it was nice to disconnect (they have wifi) but we never used it. There is plenty of things to do like hiking etc. We will miss this wonderful place. Thank you again Raxmat and Nigina!"

Los baños se ven muy viejos y un poco sucios al ser compartidos, si no pasas después de la limpieza, no está muy óptimo. Los colores de las cortinas y colchas, recomendaría cambiarlo, rosa fucsia no da mucha tranquilidad.

"Nos encantó la atención al cliente, muy cercanos en todo momento y muy generosos en todo, muy atentos. Ofrecen cualquier tipo de ayuda que necesites, son buena gente. La habitacion estaba limpia y ordenada, disponen de camas muy comodas y grandes."
