Villas en Guyana

"Everything was just beautiful. We had hot weather but it was cool inside and the pool was great. Thé location was close to Normanville for morning swims. We loved the surrounding gardens and eating outside under the grapevines. Everything was good quality and well thought out. It was friendly and relaxing. We loved the personal art and objects collection around the house and the way it was so carefully restored. It was a privilege to be able to stay there with our friends from Sweden who also loved the experience."

There was nothing we didn’t like

"Train station is 5 minute walk from the villa, handy to travel the local area. Shops and restaurants are plentiful within 15 minute walk. Local beach within 10 minutes walk. Bike hire available from a 10 minute walk from the villa, with an excellent bike route around Balaton."

Train track runs close to the rear of the property, so can be noisy as they pass

"The location is great. We have very good privacy and there is a nice view to the lake. The reception lady was great and they answered to our requests very fast."

Weak wifi, not enough napkins, toilet paper. No soup liquid in the toilets. Other than that we were really satisfied.

"Schönes Haus . Gute Lage. Nicht weit zum Zentrum. Bus um die Ecke. Schlafzimmer und Bäder top. Im EG großes Wohn- und Esszimmer. Alles wie auf den Bildern."

Die Küche hat nur einen kleinen Unterbaukühlschrank. Das ist arg klein. Geschirr, Tassen und Gläser gab es reichlich, aber leider keine Töpfe. (nur eine kleine Pfanne) Da sollte unbedingt mal ein Topf Set angeschafft werden.

El agua caliente presentaba dificultades para regularse, lo que hizo un poco incómodo bañarse y lavar la loza.

"Fabulosa casa para 12 personas. Con 6 habitaciones, 3 en la planta baja y 3 en la primera planta. Un baño en cada planta, quizás un poco justo para 12 personas pero bién repartido Cocina muy bién equipada, con todo lo necesario y más. Mesa grande para comer todos. Con un salón muy grande en la primera planta con varios sofas muy cómodos y con un enorme televisor, genial para descansar después de cada excursión. Todo la casa está extremadamente limpia. Calefacción en todas las estancias. Wifi aceptable, aunque no todos nos pudimos conectar, quizás por demasiados dispositivos.. Dispone de jacuzzi en el exterior, aunque nosotros no hicimos uso. Sin problemas para aparcar al lado de la casa, íbamos con 4 vehículos. A 10 minutos en coche de Lyngseidet, donde hay un supermercado con todo lo necesario. La comunicación con el propietario fué excelente, siempre contesta en breves minutos cualquier duda. En todo momento dispuesto a ayudar. Recomendable 100%."

"Absolutamente todo. Es uno de los lugares más bonitos y donde más a gusto nos hemos encontrado. Linda es adorable y súper atenta, se ocupo de lavar nuestra ropa de manera gratuita, se preocupó de organizar las excursiones y actividades, así como de solicitarnos tuk-tuks cuando lo necesitábamos, de traernos y llevarnos al aeropuerto, proporcionarnos botellas de agua... No sé puede pedir más. Además el resto de su staff es muy agradable y atento. El alojamiento es precioso, muy tranquilo, en primera línea de playa, frente al mar. Los chalets-cabañas son muy bonitos, y permiten tener una gran intimidad. Estamos muy agradecidos de estos días tan bonitos y especiales que pasamos en Vilanculos."

No habernos podido quedar aún más tiempo...

"La llegada autónoma era fundamental para nosotros ya que llegamos de madrugada. Tiene de todo, set de baño, set de cocina completo incluyendo aceite y salsas de todo tipo, lavadora y lavavajillas, secador, etc. hasta albornoces y zapatillas por si se necesitaban."

"Idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek! Domek położony tuż przy polu golfowym, z pięknymi widokami i mnóstwem przestrzeni do relaksu. W środku czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Cisza, spokój i pełen komfort sprawiły, że mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć. Świetna lokalizacja i warunki zarówno dla dorosłych, jak i dzieci. Zdecydowanie polecam – na pewno tu wrócimy!"

"Desde el primer momento fueron súper atentos con nosotros, nuestra habitación fue muy cómoda y limpia. Mi bebé la amo desde el primer día, además te prestan todo lo necesario para hacer snorkel y te organizan los tours. Con mi bebé fueron muy especiales y atentos. Al día de hoy sigue corriendo por casa llamando a nadum para que le prepare un rico desayuno. Agradezco la atención, el cuidado y el amor que ponen a cada detalle. Volvería mil veces más."

"- The location is great with absolutely fantastic snorkelling out the front (felt very safe and I’m not a strong swimmer) - use of Kayaks an added bonus - refreshing to cool off in the pool or relax in a hammock - the villas are clean and user friendly, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi and aircon highly valued -Michael is a champion with a friendly smile, excellent local knowledge and nothing we asked about was a hassle or too much trouble! (thanks so much for the coconuts!) -such a beautiful, Peaceful spot to relax Or explore! Thanks for having us!"

"Lovely place.. super modern, well designed, mod cons, all new, spotlessly clean detached home in the peaceful and bougie suburbs of the city.. Very comfortable, with great natural light. Lots of great modern facilties for eg the warm air in the bathroom. The process was seamless and experience was faultless. The pictures are a true and fair representation."

This place is fantastic, so reluctant to put neg things here! The following tweaks would have made it perfect! A well placed (thicker) hedge at the front could provide more privacy for the small patio area which sits at front of the house (roadside). Shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities are really modern so was surprised no dimmer switch on lights. A lamp could help with soft lighting. More translated material for non Japanese. English in my case.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"La casa superó con creces nuestras expectativas, estaba muy equipada en todos los aspectos lo que hizo nuestra estancia mucho más fácil. Mantas, toallas,.. todo muy bien organizado en las habitaciones. El sótano muy acogedor para realizar celebraciones o reuniones de amigos."

"Meget venlige værter, der tilbød at hente mig ved færgen og accepterede sen udtjekning. Belligenheden er helt perfekt ud til kysten, hvor man ser isbjerge drive stille forbi. Ikke sidste gang jeg har været her."

Det har ikke så meget med overnatningsstedet at gøre, men hvis man tager til øen i efteråret (jeg var der i oktober) er der ingen steder at gå ud, da alt er lukket. Det skal man huske da det bliver tidligt mørket og solen står sent op.

"La habitación estaba muy bien, tenía un salón para estar. El trato de la dueña.fue excelente y nos facilitó mucho. El desayuno te lo preparan a la hora que quieres y puedes tomarlo abajo en la cocina, fuera en la terraza o que te lo suban a la habitación."

Había que subir unas escaleras con peldaños estrechos pero no eran muchas, el baño un poco pequeño pero estaba muy bien

"The house has all the amenities one could want. It is in a really calm, safe area, with nearby grocery store, boulangerie. The view from the terrace is amazing, the infinity pool is a nice place to drink some beers or just float. I also enjoyed the running in the area in the direction of the dump site (I know, but the rising sun is just amazing). Valerie and Sarah were really nice and welcoming hosts."

Having to leave it.

"Great little house with everything you need. It was very clean and the hosts were very proactive."
