"This is beautiful property! Spacious, bright, well equipped and comfortable. Breathtaking views from the terrace. Just few minutes from Ferry by local taxi (EC& 30 in 2025)."

There are no mosquito nets. When you don’t like using AC it could be a problem.

"Train station is 5 minute walk from the villa, handy to travel the local area. Shops and restaurants are plentiful within 15 minute walk. Local beach within 10 minutes walk. Bike hire available from a 10 minute walk from the villa, with an excellent bike route around Balaton."

Train track runs close to the rear of the property, so can be noisy as they pass

"Sehr großes Grundstück mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Pool, große Wiese, Gemeinschaftsraum draußen mit einem Kühlschrank. Sehr großes Gebäude mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, Billardtisch, Tischfußball. Ruhige Umgebung und alles ist eingezäunt. Nette Gastgeberin."

Beleuchtung draußen ist etwas wenig.

"Realmente sentí una conexión con lo natural. Un ambiente lejos del ruido donde se respiraba tranquilidad. Las facilidades espectaculares muy modernas, colores neutros que te relajaban. Fue una experiencia única he inolvidable que me ayudó a reflexionar. Estuve con mi familia y ellos sintieron la misma energía. Por la zona hay gasolinera, lugares para desayunar, almorzar y cenar cerca. Todo está accesible. A parte que el lugar te ofrece un grill donde puedes confeccionar los alimentos que desees. La cocina limpia y con todos los utensilio necesarios. Tiene lavadora y secadora lo que te permite tener la ropa seca. Cuenta con “Wifi” y Netflix. Lo recomiendo 🐚 el anfitrión siempre en comunicación por cualquier duda. 🌺 Gracias por hacer de mis vacaciones únicas 🌱"

"Apartamento muy equipado y nuevo. Los aires acondicionados funcionan muy bien, las camas son cómodas y la piscina excelente. Leonora es superservicial y amable con las necesidades."

No tiene extracción de humos, si cocinas todo se queda en el salón, el dosificador de agua de la nevera no va, y sería muy útil.

"The location, setting, aesthetics, service, views, everthing was excellent! The property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It served as the perfect setting for 5 of us boys to kickback and give the much needed relaxation to our bodies. The views of Machapuchare and Annapurna II & IV are mindblowing and I recommend catching the sunrise over them. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has been done up tastefully. It's less than 1 hour away from the city and is an excellent getaway. Can't wait to be back to this property."

"Meget venlige værter, der tilbød at hente mig ved færgen og accepterede sen udtjekning. Belligenheden er helt perfekt ud til kysten, hvor man ser isbjerge drive stille forbi. Ikke sidste gang jeg har været her."

Det har ikke så meget med overnatningsstedet at gøre, men hvis man tager til øen i efteråret (jeg var der i oktober) er der ingen steder at gå ud, da alt er lukket. Det skal man huske da det bliver tidligt mørket og solen står sent op.

Había que subir unas escaleras con peldaños estrechos pero no eran muchas, el baño un poco pequeño pero estaba muy bien

Just the garbage in the garden, but nothing to really complain about!

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

The bathroom.. Especially the one upstairs was not functioning and was not functional. It was spoiled and one had to use a bucket of water to flash. The breakfast provided was quite basic and not worth it.

"Esta casa es impresionante, ubicada en una zona preciosa y aislada pero con unas vistas impresionantes de la ciudad de San Marino y sus famosas torres. La casa es muy grande, muy bien equipada y decorada. Pasamos un momento muy agradable en su jardin con mis hijos y en general en toda la casa. Estoy deseando volver a quedarme en este lugar porque es una auténtica pasada. Muy muy recomendable."

"Everything was just beautiful. We had hot weather but it was cool inside and the pool was great. Thé location was close to Normanville for morning swims. We loved the surrounding gardens and eating outside under the grapevines. Everything was good quality and well thought out. It was friendly and relaxing. We loved the personal art and objects collection around the house and the way it was so carefully restored. It was a privilege to be able to stay there with our friends from Sweden who also loved the experience."
