"The kids loved the pool facilities. Miss Tandin and Me Shyam on the desk were particularly helpful. They arranged to meet our needs with a pleasant smile. The room service was excellent and well trained. Thank you all"

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

The furniture is a little outdated. The room service could add more variety to their menu.

"Es un hotel all inclusive con menos lujo y servicios comparados con los de Dominicana, México, etcétera. El personal se esfuerza mucho por complacerme al huésped pero no tienen muchos recursos. La comida bien, sobre todo en los restaurantes temáticos. Hay una buena piscina con bar. Siempre hay disponibilidad de sombrillas, camastros y toallas en la piscina y en la playa. La limpieza en general es muy buena. La playa es excelente con arena blanca sin olas y con peces que te rodean. Hay un servicio de entretenimientos a toda hora y alquiler gratuito de kajak snorkel y otros en la playa El paisaje de la isla es imponente y lo que más me atrajo de todo fue la playa y el mar turquesa. Muy buena experiencia sin ser un 5 estrellas Pudimos hacer excursiones para disfrutar de la tranquilidad de diferentes playas con arena blanca, el color turquesa del mar y la trasparencia del agua, la visualización de peces, tortugas y corales."

La bebidas alcohólicas son de categoría standard, podrían mejorarlas No hay servicio a los cuartos ni para desayunos Estábamos cenando en el restaurante de Sushi (que nos hicieron esperar 30/40 minutos pasado el turno) y cuando pedimos una segunda tanda nos informan que la cocina había cerrado y no pudimos terminar de cenar.

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"La playa es muy linda y los atardeceres son hermosos. Un lugar rodeado de naturaleza y ideal para un buen descanso. se escuchan pajaros y se siente mucha paz. Es el lugar mas lindo que he visto en taiwan, esta un poco desolado y se entiende por la lejania da un ambiente un poco retro, pero la privacidad lo vale todo. y el hotel esta muy bien cuidado y limpio, se nota que trabajan en los detalles. Me encanto los arboles y la vegetacion de este lugar, no pude conocer el spa pero tambien se ve que es muy lindo. Gracias por los snacks y bebidas que dejan en la nevera es un extra que ayuda mucho."

El servicio en general de personal es muy regular. En la zona de la playa nadie se acerca ayudarte o brindarte una toalla o una bebida. Podrian mejorar la experiencia al cliente. Ya que tu mismo te debes parar a buscar tus bebidas o comida. Tambien no me gusto que los deayunos estaban incluidos pero un dia pedidomos servicio al cuarto y me cobraron el desayuno en la factura. Entiendo que el servicio al cuarto tiene un valor extra pero me cobraron todo el desayuno y el servicio. Los precios de la habitaciones son costosas queriamos quedarnos otro dia, pero elevaron mucho la tarifa. y no nos dieron una opcion mas economica como alternativa.

"Los toboganes son geniales. El buffet era variado con alternativas para todos los gustos. El personal del comedor es muy eficiente. La habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas. El baño está un poco anticuado pero es funcional. Podría mejorarse el tema del gel.de baño/champú, que pese a ser un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene un dispensador único en la pared."

La zona de playa era pequeña y estaba un poco sucia. Si vas a por un helado cerca de la hora del.cierre tienes que llevarte el sabor que quede porque no reponen, un detalle un poco feo. Cuando la descripción de la habitación dice vistas al parque, en realidad quiere decir vistas al PARKING

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay even more special. The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ramgarh Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

"The villa had great privacy, beautiful landscaping, a good layout for our group. It was well-equipped with essentials for cooking/serving. The salt pool was perfect for cooling off after a hike. It was just big enough and always seemed to be at the right temperature. We were delighted by fireflies, tree frogs, bats, local birds, and even a shy ginger cat that wandered past once or twice."

THE ROAD- while we expected a rough access road from reading previous reviews, the construction during our stay detoured us through the banana plantation over an intolerably (for anyone with neck/back problems) rough track that was 4x longer. While the ocean (not a swimming beach) is close enough to hear, there is not much view. It is a peek from one corner of the pool deck, and the upper bedroom. But again, wonderful privacy. Also of note- there are no bug screens on the windows. It was perhaps an assumption on our part with the newer construction, but the mosquitoes did cause some distress, especially for one member of our group. Bring bug spray, After-Bite (anti-itch), and Benadryl if you are prone to reactions.

El trato de Simone fue agradable pero no me gustó el trato de su marido, tuvo un gesto muy poco profesional hacia mí. Se lo transmití a Simone. Pese a ello, mi hija y yo disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en Magic Reef.

La limpieza del baño no estuvo bien, no hicieron la cama el primer día, la alfombra no fue aspirada los 3 días que estuvimos. El personal del Service carece de preparación para dar un servicio óptimo. ( Les falta amabilidad)

"The first thing that stands out is the friendly staff - polite and nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best we’ve encountered. We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. "Hotel de ensueño. Dispone de spa y campo de golf. La habitación muy espaciosa con una zona con sofás. El baño con la bañera más grande que he visto, más parecida a una piscina pequeña. Disponen de varios restaurantes, uno de ellos con vistas al campo de golf, donde se pueden ver en el bosque que lo rodea muchos gamos que salen al campo después de la lluvia. El hotel ofrece la posibilidad de realizar una excursión por los bosques con un guía y ver los animales de forma más cercana. El desayuno muy muy bueno y completo, el mejor de todo el viaje. Con la posibilidad de pedir y ver como hacen una tortilla, un dosa, te de masala y de como cortan la fruta (de forma preciosa). El personal del hotel muy gentil y atento, incluso nos dejaron estar en la habitación una hora más el día del check out."

El spa es muy grande pero está mal organizado. Te indican que te duches antes de realizar el masaje y el lugar donde te cambias y donde se encuentra la ducha no es en la misma habitación donde se realiza el masaje. No protegen la intimidad y privacidad del cliente al tener que desplazarte por zonas abiertas y compartidas del spa solamente con una toalla.

The gym was a joke. Terribles instalaciones, muy pocas máquinas, muy viejas. Nadie podría llamar a eso un gimnasio. Con las instalaciones que tienen deberían tener un gimnasio decente. Y los huevos revueltos, dios mío. No se como pueden ser considerados huevos. Horribles.
