"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

"The place is fast developing and is attractive . Has got many pools that you can choose . Cocoanut trees are everywhere that brings best beach outlook. The restuarabt has all type of food with open air breakfast. Stuff at resturant are well monitored and serves with a smile. The place has got its on weather that you can love Once in Siavonga the road signs are well placed gor direction"

I qm afraid of heights i was given the highest level room. Network was a glitch. The admin stuff took 24hrs ti solve which made me away from connectivity and miss some work.. i was far away from the resturant and places of activities My parking bay was taken

"Su ubicación. Al lado de una playita y también de una pequeña caleta de pescadores. Es un hotel familiar, rodeado por mar. Cómo está alejado del centro de la ciudad, cuanta con bus gratuito, cada 15 minutos para ir y venir a la estación de metro más cercana, la cual te conecta con todos los lugares turísticos de la ciudad."

El desayuno era simple, solo 3 opciones. Sería bueno incorporar frutas.

- El costo de transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel es de 70 dólares por viaje . - los restaurant temáticos no son tan buenos, en el dorado esperamos casi 2 horas para que nos trajeran el plato. En general la atención es lenta y la comida no es tan especial en los restaurantes temáticos. - dentro de semana falta más actividades tipo fiesta para los adultos, ya que solo son viernes y sábado.

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

"The first thing that stands out is the friendly staff - polite and nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best we’ve encountered. We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. The food was good and plentiful and the hotel and surroundings were clean and well kept. A very enjoyable stay!"

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

"Es un hotel all inclusive con menos lujo y servicios comparados con los de Dominicana, México, etcétera. El personal se esfuerza mucho por complacerme al huésped pero no tienen muchos recursos. La comida bien, sobre todo en los restaurantes temáticos. Hay una buena piscina con bar. Siempre hay disponibilidad de sombrillas, camastros y toallas en la piscina y en la playa. La limpieza en general es muy buena. La playa es excelente con arena blanca sin olas y con peces que te rodean. Hay un servicio de entretenimientos a toda hora y alquiler gratuito de kajak snorkel y otros en la playa El paisaje de la isla es imponente y lo que más me atrajo de todo fue la playa y el mar turquesa. Muy buena experiencia sin ser un 5 estrellas Pudimos hacer excursiones para disfrutar de la tranquilidad de diferentes playas con arena blanca, el color turquesa del mar y la trasparencia del agua, la visualización de peces, tortugas y corales."

La bebidas alcohólicas son de categoría standard, podrían mejorarlas No hay servicio a los cuartos ni para desayunos Estábamos cenando en el restaurante de Sushi (que nos hicieron esperar 30/40 minutos pasado el turno) y cuando pedimos una segunda tanda nos informan que la cocina había cerrado y no pudimos terminar de cenar.

Multiples zumos donde elegir, tostadas, dulces, full english breakfast, y tienen una zona donde te preparan smoothies al momento, pudiendo elegir la fruta que quieres en ellos. Tiene una cafeteria abierta de 7 a 23h con gran variedad de cafes y batidos, con dulces y jamaican patty.. increible. Para la comida y la cena puedes elegir entre el buffet o 3 restaurantes a la carta que tienen. Mucha variedad y comida muy rica. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, es resort es grande, parece una mini ciudad. 3 piscinas (la grande y principal, una con cascada y otra infinity pool), Zona de juegos con mini golf, billar, ping pong... Y tienes incluidas actividades acuaticas (paddleboard, windsurf, kayaks...) Todos los dias tienen planeadas unas actividades en las que formar parte y lo pasas muy bien."

Todo perfecto. El unico problema que le encontramos algunos dias es que el personal no era muy amable.

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

Lo único que nos gustó menos fue la comida, adaptada al paladar americano, y el sistema de propinas, muy al estilo estadounidense, presente en casi todos los servicios, lo que puede chocar un poco a quienes somos europeos.
