"I really liked the room, the facilities, and the entire complex. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Every team member was amazing—professional, friendly, and always helpful."

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

"El hotel es un pequeño oasis de tranquilidad en Vientián. Tiene una arquitectura muy bonita y el entorno de la piscina es precioso. El desayuno bufet (y a la carta) es maravilloso y el personal del hotel, amabilísimo."

Las habitaciones del hotel están un poco anticuadas, lo que hace que la experiencia no sea perfecta.

"Los toboganes son geniales. El buffet era variado con alternativas para todos los gustos. El personal del comedor es muy eficiente. La habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas. El baño está un poco anticuado pero es funcional. Podría mejorarse el tema del gel.de baño/champú, que pese a ser un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene un dispensador único en la pared."

La zona de playa era pequeña y estaba un poco sucia. Si vas a por un helado cerca de la hora del.cierre tienes que llevarte el sabor que quede porque no reponen, un detalle un poco feo. Cuando la descripción de la habitación dice vistas al parque, en realidad quiere decir vistas al PARKING

"Muy recomendable! La playa aunque chica es muy linda y con poca piedra. La cercanía con Mambo beach completa la estadía. Tiene lavandería con un lavarropas y un secarropas de uso libre."

The restuarabt has all type of food with open air breakfast. Stuff at resturant are well monitored and serves with a smile. I qm afraid of heights i was given the highest level room. Network was a glitch. The admin stuff took 24hrs ti solve which made me away from connectivity and miss some work.. i was far away from the resturant and places of activities My parking bay was taken

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

The restaurant was dry cold and the dinner service should had been a lot better

Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

"The first thing that stands out is the friendly staff - polite and nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best we’ve encountered. We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. The food was good and plentiful and the hotel and surroundings were clean and well kept. A very enjoyable stay!"

"The villa had great privacy, beautiful landscaping, a good layout for our group. It was well-equipped with essentials for cooking/serving. The salt pool was perfect for cooling off after a hike. It was just big enough and always seemed to be at the right temperature. We were delighted by fireflies, tree frogs, bats, local birds, and even a shy ginger cat that wandered past once or twice."

THE ROAD- while we expected a rough access road from reading previous reviews, the construction during our stay detoured us through the banana plantation over an intolerably (for anyone with neck/back problems) rough track that was 4x longer. While the ocean (not a swimming beach) is close enough to hear, there is not much view. It is a peek from one corner of the pool deck, and the upper bedroom. But again, wonderful privacy. Also of note- there are no bug screens on the windows. It was perhaps an assumption on our part with the newer construction, but the mosquitoes did cause some distress, especially for one member of our group. Bring bug spray, After-Bite (anti-itch), and Benadryl if you are prone to reactions.

"Su ubicación. Al lado de una playita y también de una pequeña caleta de pescadores. Es un hotel familiar, rodeado por mar. Cómo está alejado del centro de la ciudad, cuanta con bus gratuito, cada 15 minutos para ir y venir a la estación de metro más cercana, la cual te conecta con todos los lugares turísticos de la ciudad."

El desayuno era simple, solo 3 opciones. Sería bueno incorporar frutas.

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

Tardaron mucho tiempo en realizar la limpieza de la habitación y a pesar de que reclamamos 3 veces, la limpieza fue realizada al final del día. En momentos el vapor y olor a cloro en el área de la piscina privada del hotel era muy intenso, me llegué a sentir un poco mareada. Las batas de baño tenían agujeros o estaban rotas en algunas zonas. Falta más ganchos de pared o tendederos para las toallas, éramos 4 personas, y entre las toallas de la piscina, las batas, y las toallas de baño, terminamos teniendo toallas guindadas por toda la habitación.
