"Great staff that solved me booking the wrong date smoothly"

"El mejor desayuno de hotel que he comido. Sin contar los de Bali, banana pankake uuuufff Habitaciones grandes cómodas, espaciosas, limpias y con comedor separado y baño enorme. Mucho más de lo que esperaba. Un 10"

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Las dos chicas de la recepción el Lunes por la tarde me hicieron sentir como bienvenido a casa. Elegí el hotel por el gimnasio, es el más completo, no es un gimnasio de hotel, es un gimnasio en serio, tiene socios y todo pero manejan muy bien el tema del aforo. Las instalaciones bien, a 10’ en coche de encamp para subir a Grandvalira."

Muy familiar, quizás demasiados niños para mi gusto. El cocinero de huevos no empezaba a trabajar hasta luego de las 8.

"El hotel esta muy bien, las habitaciones son muy espaciosas. Lo que mas me gusto fue la piscina y la tranquilidad que se respiraba por la noche. Perfecto para turistas que quieren descansar."

El restaurante a la hora de la cena estaba abarrotado de gente, me sentaron en una mesa sin ventilador y pase mucho calor, la rapidez de servicio tambien es mejorable.

"Nagyon kedves személyzet, rugalmas opciók vacsora és spa elményekkel kapcsolatosan , családias, de annál szuperebb spa, rendkívül csendes, pihentető környezet, kényelmes bútorok, közösségi, de csendes tér, társasjátékok, sakk, pingpong. Igazán rég voltunk ilyen szuper pihentető, csendes helyen."

Está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad tienes que ir con vehículo, no hay transporte publico

"Nagyon kedves személyzet, rugalmas opciók vacsora és spa elményekkel kapcsolatosan , családias, de annál szuperebb spa, rendkívül csendes, pihentető környezet, kényelmes bútorok, közösségi, de csendes tér, társasjátékok, sakk, pingpong. Igazán rég voltunk ilyen szuper pihentető, csendes helyen."

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

Quedarme otros 2 dias

"L’emplacement et les équipements du logement ainsi que du centre Pierre et Vacances. La terrasse bec vue sur le parc et la mer! L’hôte a été compréhensive et arrangeante avec nous pour s’adapter à nos horaires d’avion."

Le seul bémol réside dans l’humidité ambiante dans l’appartement, mais l’hôte a mis à disposition un déshumidificateur efficace et la climatisation pour diminuer les effets.

La piscina estaba cerrada por obras, y el restaurante abierto pocas horas.

"Bonito lugar bien ubicado cerquita al mar, atención muy buena. La habitación cómoda y limpia, la comida que ofrecen es muy rica, muy bien calidad - precio. Punto a mejorar, el desayuno, algo típico sería más atractivo."

Staff were quite formal but very good.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.
