- El costo de transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel es de 70 dólares por viaje . - los restaurant temáticos no son tan buenos, en el dorado esperamos casi 2 horas para que nos trajeran el plato. En general la atención es lenta y la comida no es tan especial en los restaurantes temáticos. - dentro de semana falta más actividades tipo fiesta para los adultos, ya que solo son viernes y sábado.

La iluminación de la habitación un poco escasa para nuestro gusto

Los horarios de comida no estaban bien indicados. Al principio nos alojaron en una habitación que olía a humedad y se rompió el aire, pero enseguida nos dieron respuesta y nos cambiaron de habitación

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Language is a barrier especially if you are an English speaker. Very clean place. Great music at the La Marine restaurant. Great restaurant staff. Great food"

Despite the well balanced breakfast, I ate the same breakfast for the entire period of my stay. This was predictable and monotonous . The breakfast was standard, meaning that I had no choice in terms of portion, variety and pricing. I expected to find cooking pots and utensils in the kitchen to allow me the option of cooking and preparing anything . I wish the hotel provided information on places to be visited within the vicinity and information regarding the most recent COP29

"Las instalaciones son excelentes. Muy lindo complejo. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y muy buenas. Excelente cama. Y el desayuno excelente, opciones de comida local. Y buena calidad. Excepto los huevos revueltos."

The gym was a joke. Terribles instalaciones, muy pocas máquinas, muy viejas. Nadie podría llamar a eso un gimnasio. Con las instalaciones que tienen deberían tener un gimnasio decente. Y los huevos revueltos, dios mío. No se como pueden ser considerados huevos. Horribles.

El trato de Simone fue agradable pero no me gustó el trato de su marido, tuvo un gesto muy poco profesional hacia mí. Se lo transmití a Simone. Pese a ello, mi hija y yo disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en Magic Reef.

Front desk could be more friendly. Feel they were always very busy.

"Un desayuno tipo buffet muy completo! Multiples zumos donde elegir, tostadas, dulces, full english breakfast, y tienen una zona donde te preparan smoothies al momento, pudiendo elegir la fruta que quieres en ellos. Tiene una cafeteria abierta de 7 a 23h con gran variedad de cafes y batidos, con dulces y jamaican patty.. increible. Para la comida y la cena puedes elegir entre el buffet o 3 restaurantes a la carta que tienen. Mucha variedad y comida muy rica. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, es resort es grande, parece una mini ciudad. 3 piscinas (la grande y principal, una con cascada y otra infinity pool), Zona de juegos con mini golf, billar, ping pong... Y tienes incluidas actividades acuaticas (paddleboard, windsurf, kayaks...) Todos los dias tienen planeadas unas actividades en las que formar parte y lo pasas muy bien."

Todo perfecto. El unico problema que le encontramos algunos dias es que el personal no era muy amable.

Está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad tienes que ir con vehículo, no hay transporte publico
