"Las instalaciones son excelentes. Muy lindo complejo. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y muy buenas. Excelente cama. Y el desayuno excelente, opciones de comida local. Y buena calidad. Excepto los huevos revueltos."

The gym was a joke. Terribles instalaciones, muy pocas máquinas, muy viejas. Nadie podría llamar a eso un gimnasio. Con las instalaciones que tienen deberían tener un gimnasio decente. Y los huevos revueltos, dios mío. No se como pueden ser considerados huevos. Horribles.

"Su ubicación. Al lado de una playita y también de una pequeña caleta de pescadores. Es un hotel familiar, rodeado por mar. Cómo está alejado del centro de la ciudad, cuanta con bus gratuito, cada 15 minutos para ir y venir a la estación de metro más cercana, la cual te conecta con todos los lugares turísticos de la ciudad."

El desayuno era simple, solo 3 opciones. Sería bueno incorporar frutas.

The Resort is very isolated, and expensive to go anywhere. You are actually quite captive. Off season is not the time to go here. There are very few options for activities outside the resort. Apart from an island tour which is well worth doing, you are really confined to barracks, book reading (no TVs) and waiting for sunset drinks. Yes, there is some good snorkelling, swimming and kayaking, but that's it. No TV's or DVD library, no games as such. So, it's an awfully long way to go, and very expensive for just this. Unless of course that's what you're looking for.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

El baño está un poco anticuado pero es funcional. Podría mejorarse el tema del gel.de baño/champú, que pese a ser un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene un dispensador único en la pared."

La zona de playa era pequeña y estaba un poco sucia. Si vas a por un helado cerca de la hora del.cierre tienes que llevarte el sabor que quede porque no reponen, un detalle un poco feo. Cuando la descripción de la habitación dice vistas al parque, en realidad quiere decir vistas al PARKING

"La playa es muy linda y los atardeceres son hermosos. Un lugar rodeado de naturaleza y ideal para un buen descanso. se escuchan pajaros y se siente mucha paz. Es el lugar mas lindo que he visto en taiwan, esta un poco desolado y se entiende por la lejania da un ambiente un poco retro, pero la privacidad lo vale todo. y el hotel esta muy bien cuidado y limpio, se nota que trabajan en los detalles. Me encanto los arboles y la vegetacion de este lugar, no pude conocer el spa pero tambien se ve que es muy lindo. Gracias por los snacks y bebidas que dejan en la nevera es un extra que ayuda mucho."

El servicio en general de personal es muy regular. En la zona de la playa nadie se acerca ayudarte o brindarte una toalla o una bebida. Podrian mejorar la experiencia al cliente. Ya que tu mismo te debes parar a buscar tus bebidas o comida. Tambien no me gusto que los deayunos estaban incluidos pero un dia pedidomos servicio al cuarto y me cobraron el desayuno en la factura. Entiendo que el servicio al cuarto tiene un valor extra pero me cobraron todo el desayuno y el servicio. Los precios de la habitaciones son costosas queriamos quedarnos otro dia, pero elevaron mucho la tarifa. y no nos dieron una opcion mas economica como alternativa.

- El costo de transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel es de 70 dólares por viaje . - los restaurant temáticos no son tan buenos, en el dorado esperamos casi 2 horas para que nos trajeran el plato. En general la atención es lenta y la comida no es tan especial en los restaurantes temáticos. - dentro de semana falta más actividades tipo fiesta para los adultos, ya que solo son viernes y sábado.

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.

Everything was lovely!

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

Tiene una cafeteria abierta de 7 a 23h con gran variedad de cafes y batidos, con dulces y jamaican patty.. increible. Para la comida y la cena puedes elegir entre el buffet o 3 restaurantes a la carta que tienen. Mucha variedad y comida muy rica. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, es resort es grande, parece una mini ciudad. 3 piscinas (la grande y principal, una con cascada y otra infinity pool), Zona de juegos con mini golf, billar, ping pong... Y tienes incluidas actividades acuaticas (paddleboard, windsurf, kayaks...) Todos los dias tienen planeadas unas actividades en las que formar parte y lo pasas muy bien."

Todo perfecto. El unico problema que le encontramos algunos dias es que el personal no era muy amable.

"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

Property is managed so well that there is nothing to say negative.

"Excelente opción, un hotel bonito, cómodo y con una vista espectacular de las montañas. Muy buen desayuno."

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

En mi caso se encargó de llamar para tener el taxi agendado el día que me iba, reservar un tour, buscar un centro de buceo y darme recomendaciones de sitios. Todos los días me dejaban un par de botellas de agua, lo cual se agradece. La habitación también tenía café, té y frigorífico. Ha sido mi estancia más especial en Tailandia sin ninguna duda."

Nothing except for high price, but is worth it.

"The place is fast developing and is attractive . Has got many pools that you can choose . Cocoanut trees are everywhere that brings best beach outlook. The restuarabt has all type of food with open air breakfast. Stuff at resturant are well monitored and serves with a smile. The place has got its on weather that you can love Once in Siavonga the road signs are well placed gor direction"

I qm afraid of heights i was given the highest level room. Network was a glitch. The admin stuff took 24hrs ti solve which made me away from connectivity and miss some work.. i was far away from the resturant and places of activities My parking bay was taken

"Just generally one of those special places that will stick in my memory forever. A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

Está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad tienes que ir con vehículo, no hay transporte publico
