If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

"I thought the meals were good overall and the locations (I.e. grill, restaurant) very convenient. The staff at Divi were very professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My family felt welcomed throughout our stay and really enjoyed our time at the resort."

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"El espacio “Nirvana“ sólo para adultos es una opción increíble para parejas. Todos los beneficios de un gran hotel (actividades, variedad de piscinas y restaurantes) pero con la tranquilidad de un espacio más privado y silencioso. Las habitaciones espectaculares y muy limpias. Recomendado las que tienen plunge pool. Increíble experiencia. El desayuno exquisito y muy completo, frente al mar."

A veces no nos hacían la limpieza de habitación hasta después de las 13.00 hrs pese a pedirlo desde las 09.00 am. Y más de una vez no nos dejaron toallas o amenities del baño.

"Hotel de ensueño. Dispone de spa y campo de golf. La habitación muy espaciosa con una zona con sofás. El baño con la bañera más grande que he visto, más parecida a una piscina pequeña. Disponen de varios restaurantes, uno de ellos con vistas al campo de golf, donde se pueden ver en el bosque que lo rodea muchos gamos que salen al campo después de la lluvia. El hotel ofrece la posibilidad de realizar una excursión por los bosques con un guía y ver los animales de forma más cercana. El desayuno muy muy bueno y completo, el mejor de todo el viaje. Con la posibilidad de pedir y ver como hacen una tortilla, un dosa, te de masala y de como cortan la fruta (de forma preciosa). El personal del hotel muy gentil y atento, incluso nos dejaron estar en la habitación una hora más el día del check out."

El spa es muy grande pero está mal organizado. Te indican que te duches antes de realizar el masaje y el lugar donde te cambias y donde se encuentra la ducha no es en la misma habitación donde se realiza el masaje. No protegen la intimidad y privacidad del cliente al tener que desplazarte por zonas abiertas y compartidas del spa solamente con una toalla.

"El lugar es acogedor, impecable con todas las comodidades para relajarse y disfrutar! Pero el personal del lugar hace posible la magnífica experiencia de estar allí en Leonardo Laura! Allí celebramos los 14 años de uno de nuestros 4 hijos y el equipo de Little Italy nos hicieron emocionar con el agasajo que nos dieron! Toda la Familia de Leonardo Laura es amable y cordial pero guardamos un lugar especial en nuestras memorias de Thekla, la mujer más cordial que alguien quisiera conocer! Dios los siga bendiciendo e esperamos poder volver pronto, desde Israel la Tierra de nuestro Señor Jesús!"

"Great location. The resort was excellent and staff friendly"

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

La zona de playa era pequeña y estaba un poco sucia. Si vas a por un helado cerca de la hora del.cierre tienes que llevarte el sabor que quede porque no reponen, un detalle un poco feo. Cuando la descripción de la habitación dice vistas al parque, en realidad quiere decir vistas al PARKING

Las ventas no tienen persianas, solo cortinas y por la mañana pasa mucha luz.

En general bien aunque las piscina me generaron reaccion alérgica en la piel. El horario del checkin es muy tarde y el checkout muy temprano. Fuera de eso todo bien.

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

"Un desayuno tipo buffet muy completo! Multiples zumos donde elegir, tostadas, dulces, full english breakfast, y tienen una zona donde te preparan smoothies al momento, pudiendo elegir la fruta que quieres en ellos. Tiene una cafeteria abierta de 7 a 23h con gran variedad de cafes y batidos, con dulces y jamaican patty.. increible. Para la comida y la cena puedes elegir entre el buffet o 3 restaurantes a la carta que tienen. Mucha variedad y comida muy rica. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, es resort es grande, parece una mini ciudad. 3 piscinas (la grande y principal, una con cascada y otra infinity pool), Zona de juegos con mini golf, billar, ping pong... Y tienes incluidas actividades acuaticas (paddleboard, windsurf, kayaks...) Todos los dias tienen planeadas unas actividades en las que formar parte y lo pasas muy bien."

Todo perfecto. El unico problema que le encontramos algunos dias es que el personal no era muy amable.

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

"Tongan Beach resort is very isolated and great if you don't want to be found. The team there are fabulous, and the food is first class"

The Resort is very isolated, and expensive to go anywhere. You are actually quite captive. Off season is not the time to go here. There are very few options for activities outside the resort. Apart from an island tour which is well worth doing, you are really confined to barracks, book reading (no TVs) and waiting for sunset drinks. Yes, there is some good snorkelling, swimming and kayaking, but that's it. No TV's or DVD library, no games as such. So, it's an awfully long way to go, and very expensive for just this. Unless of course that's what you're looking for.
