"El hotel es maravilloso. Las instalaciones estan en perfecto estado. El restaurante es muy agradable y la comida muy buena. Tanto la playa privada como la piscina son geniales para relajarse despues de un dia de snorkel o submarinismo."

"Lugar en un entorno precioso Tranquilidad, confort, amabilidad. Lástima que ni el Spa ni la sala de gimnasio estuvieran operativas. Los camareros tremendamente lentos, pero en un lugar de relax no es algo que moleste. Algunas cosas necesitan mantenimiento. Volvería seguro."

Lo único que nos gustó menos fue la comida, adaptada al paladar americano, y el sistema de propinas, muy al estilo estadounidense, presente en casi todos los servicios, lo que puede chocar un poco a quienes somos europeos.

Todos los beneficios de un gran hotel (actividades, variedad de piscinas y restaurantes) pero con la tranquilidad de un espacio más privado y silencioso. Las habitaciones espectaculares y muy limpias. Recomendado las que tienen plunge pool. Increíble experiencia. El desayuno exquisito y muy completo, frente al mar."

A veces no nos hacían la limpieza de habitación hasta después de las 13.00 hrs pese a pedirlo desde las 09.00 am. Y más de una vez no nos dejaron toallas o amenities del baño.

La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

The restaurant was dry cold and the dinner service should had been a lot better

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."

"This is my fourth visit . It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I found the food at the all inclusive restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The gardens looked beautiful . I found a sun bed at the beach each day with no problem. The WiFi worked well around the resort."

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. The food was good and plentiful and the hotel and surroundings were clean and well kept. A very enjoyable stay!"

The place has got its on weather that you can love Once in Siavonga the road signs are well placed gor direction"

I qm afraid of heights i was given the highest level room. Network was a glitch. The admin stuff took 24hrs ti solve which made me away from connectivity and miss some work.. i was far away from the resturant and places of activities My parking bay was taken

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.
