La piscina de aguas termales grande no estaba operativa, solo se podía ir a la pequeña.

Que no todas las habitaciones tienen agua caliente. Pero ya lo está solucionando

"We were generously upgraded to the Langakali house from the Heilala initially booked at no extra charge. This worked out perfect having the extra bathroom. The house was easily accessible on our arrival with overall good communication from the renters. Nina was beautiful and did countless loads of washing for us with no hesitation included in the accomodation price. Green Lodge is close proximity to town and our families village so was a prime location for us. Screens on doors and windows were a plus, coils and basic toiletries and essentials were provided and ample storage throughout. A quiet area that felt very safe. Style of the house is older, but comfortable enough, we felt at home being here."

Although screens were throughout, you will still need repellent and extra coils. The ensuite bathroom toilet wouldn’t always flush properly and the wifi wasn’t working. It would be a plus to have one more fan in the third bedroom of the Langakali house and

"La habitacion era espaciosa y estaba limpia. Las visas son hermosas y la ubicacion, si bien lejos de la ciudad le da la tranquilidad al lugar. Ideal para ir a relajarse y maravillarse con las vistas."

Como esta alejado y no hay restauranrtes alrededor, la unica opcion es comer en el mismo hotel. La comida en verdad no fue de mis favoritas. Podria mejorar.

"Hermosas instalaciones. Cuarto amplio. Personal amable y servicial. Linda piscina. Hermosos atardeceres con los elefantes en el patio. Buen restaurante y comida. Buenas actividades en el parque."

Deberían incluir el desayuno, por fuera te cobran USD 30.

"La señora nos ha dejado tocar el instrumento coreano que se llama Gayageum y nos ha hecho las fotos bonitas. El sitio en general es muy muy bonito y tranquilo sin ruido! Volveremos😊"

"Located exactly on the mountain, with exceptional views. Facilities were clean, comfortable and well heated. Staff were very helpful to transfer us to the hotel when we arrived, as the car park was a bit far from the hotel. They also treated us exceptionally well, and were always ready to accommodate us with our needs. Food and drinks were also really good. All in all 10/10 stay"

"Great for family, location was great all shopping center close by, supermarket and Mall. It felt like home l."

The wifi service wasn't not getting it in the apartment have to go out side.

"Breakfast was fine - just remember to inform the owner the day before if you require breakfast. Ingrid, the co-owner, is a lovely woman and a fine, traditional cook. You will never leave the table hungry! Whilst she can offer beer at an extra cost, we tended to buy our own along with wine to drink at dinner. Again, you will need to inform Ingrid on the day if you require dinner later. There is no choice; me and my wife are both omnivores with no allergies or intollerances, and always liked what she prepared! Our lodge was spacious with a generous deck overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the sea in the background."

A small fridge in our lodge would have been a great bonus - however, we were free to use Ingrid's fridge. The shower was also a little on the dribbly side!

"Incredibly stay! The photos don’t show how beautiful the grounds are. Super recommend the tents and wandering down to the beach clubs in the area for beers and a swim. All of the staff were amazing at helping us organise everything and the food was delicious - special shout out to Brigitte for making our stay extra special, even letting us come into the kitchen so we could learn how to make African tea - we miss you Brigitte!!!"

"Las instalaciones son muy completas, el personal es muy agradable, discreto y atento. Las excursiones estuvieron muy bien organizados, completas y puntuales. Los traslados en lancha son muy cómodos. Nuestro guía fue Antoni. Un tío encantador, resolvió todas nuestras dudas, nos generó muchísima confianza en la selva, las explicaciones de animales y plantas eran completas y muy entendibles."

"I loved that it was nestled in its own private space. There are 4 lodges in the vicinity and all have their own balcony’s that you can enjoy individually. Our water pressure was great. Also the unit was nice and clean."

Nothing: We actually didn’t book the transfers cause we had another vehicle organised however that fell through. But mama let us go first to the lodge and she’d wait at the airport. Lucky she got a ride back home from the family at airport. She has an immense amount of responsibility and knowledge of the island. As a local to Rarotonga people like her are very rare to be around. I am so grateful to have had crossed paths with her. Na te Atua I tauturu iakoe e Mama Manarangi. Maroiroi koe I toou oraanga. Meitaki atupaka kiakoe no te akonoanga ia tatou.

"Te sientes como en casa. La casera siempre está atenta a todo lo que necesites con una sonrisa en la cara."

No puedo decir nada negativo sobre este alojamiento.

"This experience was amazing being in nature while having a luxurious living space is a rare combination moreover we got to enjoy this wonderfull experience without any bugs this is one off the many positive sides of this compound I really recommend it especially for large groups and kids as the environment is kids friendly with emotional support animals like golden retrievers"

"En un moderno edificio al margen del centro y a 5 minutos en tuk tuk de la estación de autobuses, nos tocó una habitación muy amplia y confortable, limpia, con todo tipo de equipo (agua caliente, AC, ventilador, wifi) en buenas condiciones de funcionamiento, e inclusive una copia del Times of India entregada al cuarto en la mañana! Personal muy amable y servicial, nos permitió el uso de la habitación un par de horas antes del check-in."

Room was a little bit smelly but it wasn’t a huge issue for us

"El lugar es hermoso. Desde que llegas hay una sensación de paz, un jardín muy bonito y cuidado y una piscina que invita al descanso. La habitación era cómoda, bonita y con cosas de buena calidad. El baño era muy amplio y cómodo, y me gustó que la ducha estuviera afuera, algo especial que se puede hacer solo en lugares con un clima como el de Bali."

La ubicación no era tan céntrica, por lo que hay que pagar transporte para ir al centro de Ubud. El lugar es tan bonito que daban ganas de quedarse en la piscina todo el día, lo que no era posible porque no había restaurant en el lugar, por lo que teníamos que salir a comprar algo para comer. Sería increíble si tuvieran un pequeño bar/restaurant que permitan quedarse todo el día disfrutando del lugar! El desayuno era rico, pero podría ser más variado, sobre todo considerando si uno se queda más días. La limpieza del baño podría haber sido mejor. Se escuchan muchos insectos y animales desde temprano. A nosotros no nos molestó pero para alguien podría ser molesto.
