First of all please do not rely on the reviews here. The most one I think are fake reviews. This is now the real situation at this so called Nature "hotel". Flies flies flies. Everywhere thousand of flies. Flies in the rooms, flies in the restaurant everywhere you will have the flies. This is an indicator about the bad hygiene in this hotel. I have booked to so called King Room with Mountain view. It sounds very friendly but the reality is totally a horror. The room is very dirty and most issue it is wet and everywhere you see mold. When you enter the room you smell the moldy air. Absolutely unhealthy enviroment. Even the bedding is moldy and wet. The floor is wet. The walls are wet. We have to use hair dryer to have a little bit dry feeling when we sleep. But we could not sleep very well. Very terrible situation. Beside the moldy enviroment the room cleanless is terrible. Everywhere died flies and their feces. Stains on bedding and hairs. The bathroom was so dirty that we have avoided to take a shower. The toilet was not cleaned. The breakfast was consist of only rice and noodle and some unfresh cakes. On the food there are a lot of flies. They have a menu but most ones are not available. So we ate some noodle but was very low quality. Now my frustration. I have paid 1.4mRP for one night. In Indonesia you can stay in a very good 4 star Hotel for this price. I have requested a refund but the owner/staff was very unfriendly and not collaborative. For 200kRP you can stay in Bromo/Tosari in every homestay which is more better than this kind. So dont rely on the pics and reviews. The guys are cheating in a high level. Please be really careful to book this hotel. I have already claimed to booking.com. "Increible experiencia. Hay que acordar con algun taxi que te lleve y te recoja. El dueño muy buena persona. Te llevan al lago 1h por 8$. Tienen camellos que es bonito verlos libremente. La cena 10$ y la cerveza ppr 3$ pero contando que estas muy alejado de todo es lo normal."

"Small authentic hotel with a beautiful view of the tea plantations. We booked a bungalow with a balcony, bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was good, but we waited for dinner for more than 1.5 hours."

"The property is right on the forest and beach so wonderful forest paths to discover nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, giving us a lift into town when we were tired after a long day of biking."

The room was a bit small for two people, with a double bed against the wall.

Not a lot of communication from staff on check in.

"Went there to paddle the river. The team on duty went out of their way to make me welcome. This is the off season so they made a special effort to do the river trip with me. Equipment was very modern and well kept. I was a bit out of practice so I felt in safe hands with my guides. Accomodation was great. The place has been built from scratch and with a lot of thought. Just what you need when doing river trips in Nepal."

"Amazing position, right on the beach, immersed in nature. Managed by a gentle and polite family. Good wifi outside of the caravan. Recommended if you are looking for a caravan experience right on the beach and if you are willing to adapt."

The price we payed, due to the Booking.com platform fees, was overall too high with respect to the quality of the accommodation. There were many ants in our caravan (also in the bed). The floor was all covered with moquette (toilet included), which is not very hygienic, especially because the environment tends to get humid. Some windows were broken. Overall, I would suggest a better maintenance.

"The campsite has an astonishing view of the lake Manyara and the national park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The unique igloos have a pleasant interior atmosphere and are comfortable to sleep in. The campsite is ideally located for visiting the various national parks in the region. The restaurant serves excellent food."

It's hard to say anything negative.

Son sugerencias. Le podría una alfombra al piso, aunque sea en algún sector cercano a la cama para aislar un poco el frío Dejaría algo de leña para que los huéspedes puedan recargar la salamandra antes de dormir.

"We really enjoyed staying at Ursak Camp. The cabins and tents are beautifully designed and create a wonderful atmosphere close to nature. Another big advantage is that you can buy ready-made meals on site, which is very convenient since the nearest grocery stores are quite far away. Everything was very clean, the sauna was excellent, and the food was great as well. The accommodation itself was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed being surrounded by nature — the whole experience was wonderful."

This is not an issue with Ursak Camp itself, but rather a helpful tip for future visitors. Google Maps and Waze often suggest a route through Sinjajevina Mountain. At first the road looks paved and normal, but eventually it ends. In winter there may be snow, and it is easy to get stuck there. There is also almost no mobile signal in that area. It is much safer to approach Ursak Camp through the town of Kolašin and enter from the lower road. The mountain road may be fine in summer, but in winter it is better not to take that route.

"Nice campsite at Kolpa river, exactly on the side of the river. There are places for tents and caravans and also mobile homes. View is perfect, I also like the restaurant. Mobile homes are quite small, but okay for a couple of days."

With a little bit of renovations would be great place.
