No pude alargar mi estadía, me tocó irme a otro hotel. Las instalaciones requieren un poco de mantenimiento acorde con el precio que cobran.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"The breakfast buffet was good quality if a little expensive, make sure you book day before to get a discount."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

No me gustó que solo hubiese un cargador en toda la habitación.

Desayuno algo escaso a pesar de ofrecer tortillas y crepes en el momento. A menudo abrían más tarde de las 7:30, lo cual podría afectar al orden del día. No pudimos disfrutar del jacuzzi porque no funcionaba.

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

La ubicación es perfecta para movilizarse hacia los puntos más importantes de Cape Town."

Los elevadores necesitan una mejoría ya que son muy lentos y el de servicio tiene un ruido que suena durante todo el día y parte de la noche. El frente del hotel debería tener una rampa, ya sea para acceso de personas con discapacidad o equipaje pesado. Se debería notificar con antelación al huésped que se necesita hacer un depósito de garantía para permitir el hospedaje.

"He viajado con silla de ruedas y el baño la verdad que no tenía ninguna habitación con baño adaptado para silla de ruedas pero el personal nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado, ha sido muy atento y amable! Muchas gracias 🙏"

El menu del restaurante para almuerzo y cena podría ser un poco más variado.

Había que andar algo para llegar al centro, pero nosotros somos de andar, con lo que era inconveniente.

Lo único es que se notaba la inexperiencia del personal del restaurant. En un almuerzo solicité si me podían hacer un cambio, quería cambiar el arroz por ensalada y me cobraron la ensalada aparte, solo quería lechuga con pepino y tomate.

Nadie hace ningún esfuerzo por comunicarse en tu idioma (español).y el hotel tiene mucho desgaste por los años.

Lo único que destacaría como ''mal'' fue que nos pusieron dos camas juntas individuales en vez de una doble y se notaba el hueco en el medio.

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"Personal muy profesional, simpático y amable, tanto en desayuno como en recepción. Buena ubicación en la mejor zona de Neum. Habitación amplia, luminosa y excepcionalmente limpia, con una cama comodísima y vistas geniales al mar. Muy recomendable."

El desayuno en general es bueno, sin embargo el café es algo a mejorar y apenas hay fruta.
