"El desayuno muy rico, y variado. Le falto unos huevos revueltos para darnos mas proteina en el desayuno para levantar, pero todo estaba muy rico."

que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

"El staff es increíblemente amable, tuvimos un problema con el A/C y nos cambiaron de habitación enseguida. El desayuno completo. La ubicación no es muy céntrica si quieres estar en el downtown pero se llega bien con taxi o andando. Las playas cercanas son maravillosas."

La gestión administrativa no es la mejor un poco lenta pero creo es algo cultural.

Given that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

"La atención de los funcionarios con quienes tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir: recepcionistas, aseadora. También el aseo de la habitación y el baño, buenas toallas. Y, por último, la ubicación del hotel en pleno centro de la ciudad."

El andamio que tienen instalado afuera del hotel, daba justamente contra nuestra habitación, y con el fuerte viento de los dos últimos días, se sentía mucho ruido especialmente durante toda la última noche de nuestra estadía.

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

Creo que se deberia hacer un mantenimiento o cambio a las griferias por unas de palanca que garanticen un cierre hermético y mejor manejo, lo mismo para las pomas de las puertas. tambien actualizar algunos utencilios de cocina que ya están muy desgastados como destapadores y cucharones. Hay un detalle en el apartamento asignado con respecto a una ventana existente entre el baño y una de las habitaciones, tuve que conseguir un cartón para sellarla pues a través, de ella pasan los ruidos olores y la luz a la habitación lo que interrumpe el descanso. seria muy bueno que la sellaran.

The city itself was pretty boring, nothing to do and nothing really close by. Ofcourse this has nothing to do with the hotel

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

No tiene muchos lugares de estacionamiento y si estan ocupados en la puerta del hotel hay que dejarlo en frente.. No es nada grave, lugar hay.

This one doesn't offer the best view, but the terrace even more - an absolutely stunning view. The breakfast is good as well as the dinner. "The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

"Personal de recepcion muy amable y atento en todas nuestras necesidades. Ascensor, Wifi bueno, Lugar tranquilo, cama comoda, la habitacion suit de luxe era como un pequeño apartamento, incluida cocina y salon. Cualquier cosa que necesites, seguro que la encontraras, no falta de nada. Agua, cafe articulos de aseo y desayuno incluido que no pudimos utilizar por salir muy temprano. Recomiendo quedarse aqui si estas en la zona"

Poco ruidoso a la mañana con los carros de limpieza y mucho golpe de puertas, entiendo por el sistema que tienen. El restaurante a la noche cierra muy temprano. Nada de esto obstaculiza a pasar una corta buena estancia.

No tengo ninguna queja, pues todo salió bien, pero sí pensaba todo el tiempo en la suerte que tuve de haber encontrado siempre personal que, casualmente, se encontraba allí. Si hubiera tenido una urgencia o algo, en un horario sin personal de limpieza, no sé qué hubiera podido hacer.
