Quizás se podría renovar mobiliario para parecer más moderno. Aún así, está todo muy limpio y es cómodo

"Nos trataron excelentemente. La familia que lleva el hotel es muy amable. Todo facilidades. Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas muy cómodas. Está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses, por lo que es ideal si tienes que coger un autobús para ir a otra ciudad de Albania. El desayuno es muy bueno y la ducha tiene mucha agua caliente. La conexión a Internet es muy rápida."

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Sería interminable enumerar la lista de detalles de calidad y buen gusto de todo el personal del Penha Longa, siendo prácticamente imposible destacar a alguno de ellos, pero tengo que resaltar la labor de Carlos Gómez, de Magdalena en recepción, de su encargada,…en resumen, de todo el personal de cada una de las distintas y variadas estancias de este espléndido hotel, ubicado en un marco incomparable, en el que decenas de personas se afanan cada minuto del día para hacerte sentir como en casa, con resultado claramente positivo en nuestro caso. Gracias."

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

No puedo señalar lo que no me gustó porque para mí todo estuvo muy bien.

Había que andar algo para llegar al centro, pero nosotros somos de andar, con lo que era inconveniente.

Las habitaciones son de una sntigua carcel y aunque no dejan de estar equipadas s la ultima modernidad, no dejam de ser estrechas
