Apartamentos en Nueva Caledonia

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"La habitación es muy cómoda, se siente limpio y el buen mantenimiento. La TV tenía Netflix por lo que no tuve que molestarme en buscar mi propia cuenta. Y lo que más me agrado es que se puede usar el gimnasio del edificio. El apartamento esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, haciendo facil la llegada. Por la mañana no hay tráfico, además de que son puntuales para traer el transporte que me llevó al aeropuerto, por lo que llegué en el tiempo esperado, sin mencionar que tienen desayuno incluído, fueron tan amables de ponermelo para llevar ya que quería desayunar luego."

"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

"Estaba super acondicionado en todos los aspectos y un apartamento amplio y cómodo así como su increíble terraza, tenían la refrigeradora ya lista así que fue más rápido para las cosas que se congelaran, el sonido está aislado, hay 2 duchas una de ella tiene agua caliente, no hay zancudos y mucho menos ratones. la mejor experiencia y volveré en mi próxima visita a Granada🤙🇳🇮🌴😎"

El AC no llega tanto al cuarto pero con el tiempo se nivela así que no problema

Si no fuese por el acceso, le habría puesto un 10. La carretera de acceso, en cuesta y estrecha era un poco complicada.

"The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious and it is so nice to have a serviced apartment. The location is very good, the train and buses are a 5 minute walk and you are surrounded by restaurants and a supermarket closeby and it is a very short walk to views over the harbour. I would highly recommend this hotel."

A very minor thing, the cups are so small for having a tea or coffee!

"We loved the view from our eco friendly and very well appointed self contained place - we could see the sea and were surrounded by trees, flowering plants and birds. We liked being a short walk downhill to the village of Castara with grocery shops, places to eat local food and entertainment. Bars on the beach were very friendly. We loved getting a boat to nearby coves and snorkelling. Paradise for us!"

The fairly stiff walk back from the village is fine as long as you don't rush. The Castara Retreats Restaurant serves lovely fresh fish caught locally but wine as you might expect is eye wateringly expensive. Try Stag beer instead and even that is twice as expensive as in the village.

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear...habían cucarachas.

"Un lugar increible, enclavado en un humedal a orillas del Victoria Lake, de gran belleza y donde es posible observar gran variedad de aves. Tranquilo y sosegado para quien ame la paz y la belleza de un entorno ya de por sí relajante. Excepcionalmente atentos los hospedadores, y con un staff muy amable y pendiente de las necesidades de los huéspedes. Habitaciones cómodas y comfortables con estupendas vistas. Agua caliente con buena presión. Algunas de las habitaciones son pintorescas, por un estilo rústico y eco tipo cueva, o estilo observatorios de aves. Piscina. Restaurante, con un desayuno suficientemente variado y completo con mi favorita fruta matinal (10$) y una carta o menú de comidas aceptable en variedad. Mi lugar favorito para futuras estancias en Kampala. Para no perderse la oportunidad de disfrutarlo"

Los ruídos ( temporales) producto de una construcción vecina recién iniciada pueden romper la paz y armonía, si bien permiten un buen descanso en la franja horaria nocturna, y las propias edificaciones del lugar aislan un tanto del sonido de la calle y trabajos de la obra, y en la áreas de naturaleza a disfrutar, no alcanzan a molestar. Algunas de las habitaciones en planta baja (ground) pueden resultar un poco húmedas y frías en temporada de lluvias. Alguna alternativa más en los menus del restaurante serían deseables.

Cómo ya habíamos leído en comentarios los dos pisos de escaleras, son un poco estrechas. Aunque volvería a alojarme en ese apartamento.

"Un apartamento muy mono, todo nuevo, muy bien equipado y con una terraza con vistas muy chulas. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del aeropuerto, la playa y restaurantes. Vanessa es encantadora y súper maja. Mi vuelo se canceló y llegué muy tarde en el último barco, y tuvo la amabilidad de recogerme ya que iba a ser muy difícil encontrar un taxi."

On top of it all, we had Michi the cat, strolling around the lush yard that we could pet!!😻 I would definitely return to Quinua Boutique! I strrrrrongly recommend!"

"me tocó un departamento muy grande con una vista maravillosa y espectacular al Katara Towers y a toda la perla. el depatamento se encuentra cerquita de la playa y de los restaurantes para ir caminando el personal muy amable me dieron la habitacion antes de la hora y me prestaron un cargador para el mobil ya que los enchufes no eran compatibles. regresare nuevamete"

lamentablemente las ventanas no son a prueba de ruido por lo que se escuchaba a los trabajadores toda la mañana pero la vista maravillosa lo arreglo todo.

Las Almohadas muy incómodas para dormir muy duras deberían de cambiarlas En la cocina tener más accesorios como batidor de mano, cuchillo bueno de cortar, Sartén bueno

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"
