"Los habitaciones fueron muy amplias, cuenta con una vista preciosa, y esta ubicado lejos de la bulla del centro, pero cerca de actividades interesantes. Ofrecieron un desayuno que incluia granola hecho en casa."

El servicio de habitacion en cuanto la limpieza puede mejorar.

"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

Cómo ya habíamos leído en comentarios los dos pisos de escaleras, son un poco estrechas. Aunque volvería a alojarme en ese apartamento.

La piscina podía estar un poco más limpia. Además el entretenimiento para los niños me pareció un poco escaso comparado con otros años

Die Koffer zwei Etagen nach unten und wieder hochtragen. Obwohl es auch toll war von der Terrasse aus gleich nach draußen zu können.

No está asociado a la oficina de turismo del pueblo, por lo que no te puedes beneficiar de los descuentos que ofrece la tarjeta de turismo, como por ejemplo los parking gratis ( la tarifa normal es de 3€ / hora)

Argyle Street and Sauchiehall Street, both just minutes away, with their many choices for food and drinks, are great for both lunch and dinner. El Desayuno el Día Domingo parecía ser del día anterior. Pan del día anterior y no fresco.

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

Un poco chica la cama. Mido 1.68, robusto y me sentí incómodo en la cama tan pequeña.

Habitación es grande y cómoda, Wifi funciona perfecto y el desayuno es realmente rico y muy variado, con varias opciones locales y también internacionales."

Nada negativo en particular, lo único que destacaría era problemas con el herraje del WC, que en algunas ocasiones no bajaba bien la descarga del tanque por medio de la palanca.

Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

"The house is spacious and very clean, with everything you need provided. The location is great close to Nanae Snowpark and Onuma National Park. It’s peaceful, surrounded by snow, and truly magical. The host, Kaiki, is very friendly and kind. I hope to come back again someday."
