"The property was a perfect fit for two families with 7 people. The kids get to have their own room, and the two families have separation of space, yet easy to get together via indoor access. It's also situated in a quiet neighborhood at a convenient location, close to downtown, restaurants, and attractions. The property also has good views outside the windows."

We couldn't get the range hood to work. If you plan to do heavy cooking, you may need to open the windows to vent out the smell and smoke. The shower glass on the second floor is too short to block the water from splashing out. The tub can be slippery when it is wet, so it would be nice if the host could consider providing a rubber mat.

"We loved the view from our eco friendly and very well appointed self contained place - we could see the sea and were surrounded by trees, flowering plants and birds. We liked being a short walk downhill to the village of Castara with grocery shops, places to eat local food and entertainment. Bars on the beach were very friendly. We loved getting a boat to nearby coves and snorkelling. Paradise for us!"

The fairly stiff walk back from the village is fine as long as you don't rush. The Castara Retreats Restaurant serves lovely fresh fish caught locally but wine as you might expect is eye wateringly expensive. Try Stag beer instead and even that is twice as expensive as in the village.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

No está asociado a la oficina de turismo del pueblo, por lo que no te puedes beneficiar de los descuentos que ofrece la tarjeta de turismo, como por ejemplo los parking gratis ( la tarifa normal es de 3€ / hora)

"The appartement was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and what can I say about the view!!! Exceptional, extraordinary, incredible!!! The bed was soooo comfortable it was a joy to snuggle it at night. Yolanda was our contact and she was very helpful, always available to answer our questions, to give explication and help us in our fabulous trip in Cusco!😍 Thanks so much Yolanda! On top of it all, we had Michi the cat, strolling around the lush yard that we could pet!!😻 I would definitely return to Quinua Boutique! I strrrrrongly recommend!"

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

Debería tener rampas para el ingreso con equipaje. Son varios tramos de escalera. Según nos dijeron, hay un acceso con rampa, pero no nos dieron la llave para ese acceso.

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.
