The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

Vanessa es encantadora y súper maja. Mi vuelo se canceló y llegué muy tarde en el último barco, y tuvo la amabilidad de recogerme ya que iba a ser muy difícil encontrar un taxi."

"Los anfitriones dan un excelente servicio, son muy atentos e intentan ayudar y solucionar en todo lo posible. El staff no habla inglés pero son muy atentos y serviciales e intentar comunicarse de manera efectiva constantemente. La comida del restaurante es de excelente calidad, buenos precios y el restaurante es hermoso. Creemos que es una joya oculta en Moroni."

Al no ser un hotel, sino que es una habitación que alquilan dentro de un establecimiento gastronómico, puede llegar a ser complejo explicar la ubicación a los taxistas si no hablas frances. La ubicación no esta mal, es cerca de la calle principal pero esta un poquito escondido.

El complejo es bonito, ordenado y cómodo pero es verdad que la limpieza no estaba al 100% pero no es algo que nos molestará, simplemente como dato a tener en cuenta.

The cooker didn't work

"Clean and staff were very friendly. Large room and large bathroom. Enough space to store the clothes."

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

Nada negativo en particular, lo único que destacaría era problemas con el herraje del WC, que en algunas ocasiones no bajaba bien la descarga del tanque por medio de la palanca.

Que no pude entrar al gimnasio, de resto todo super

"La ubicación es muy buena, frente al mar. El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, ideal para una familia o un grupo de amigos. Nos faltó tiempo para disfrutarlo. Daban ganas de quedarse un par de días."

Debería tener rampas para el ingreso con equipaje. Son varios tramos de escalera. Según nos dijeron, hay un acceso con rampa, pero no nos dieron la llave para ese acceso.

"La ubicación en el campo pero a poco andando de la carretera donde tomas el transporte, vas al supermercado o a la playa. Hacía tiempo que no veía tantos gallos, gallinas, etc… en libertad. Es lo que oyes por la mañana."

La lavadora estaba fuera del apartamento en un cuarto minúsculo. Cuando llegas y sales tienes que andar un poco bajo el sol, con calor y demás, a no ser que tengas coche.

"La ubicacion es ideal para visitar las playas del oeste.. pero si es necesario alquilar auto, tanto para llegar al hospedaje como para moverse por la zona y recorrer las playas, o mismo ir al supermercado, las vistas de la habitacion simplemente increibles! muy comoda la habitacion, la cocina.. muy recomendable"

"Lo mejor del alojamiento es la situación, esta en pleno centro. Puedes ir a todos sitios andando y además, justo al lado tienes el centro comercial con supermercado."

Cómo ya habíamos leído en comentarios los dos pisos de escaleras, son un poco estrechas. Aunque volvería a alojarme en ese apartamento.
