"Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Los apartamentos son muy chulos y están bien equipados. Y estaba bastante cerca del centro, por lo que tenia una buena ubicación."

Me dijeron que si quería que me cambiaran alguna toalla la dejara en la puerta, y aunque deje alguna, y también unas bolsas de basura porque estaban llenas, nadie las recogió.

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"A fantastic experience! The guesthouse is in a great location in the heart of Brazzaville, surrounded by quiet residential areas. Most importantly, the rooms were very clean. Special mention goes to the owners, Mia and her family, who were incredibly helpful and patient during our stay, even assisting us with arranging gorilla and Blue Lagoon tours. An even bigger surprise was the authentic Sichuan cuisine at the guesthouse – the best I've had in Brazzaville! I highly recommend the grilled fish and hot pot."

Traffic can be noisy at night.Pick the windowless sleeping room for a quieter night.

"La relación calidad-precio es adecuada. Bien ubicado en Dickenson Bay, con piscina y acceso directo a playa y un agradable restaurante (no es de la propiedad) muy cercano y a pie de playa. Las puestas de sol desde las tumbonas (gratuitas) de la playa son espectaculares. Buena base para conocer la isla."

El mobiliario está desactualizado y los utensilios de cocina requieren un cambio inmediato.

Free Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, especially during the evening.

"Everything was perfect. We got a big room with a view on the Tatras from the window. The staff was very nice, we had a great time at the bar as well. Breakfast was very very good. So all in all 10/10. Definitely recommended."

"Very quiet and amazing location on the riverbank, despite the proximity of the center of Saigon so noisy and polluted. Nice building with spectacular views and lovely decoration. My appartment was spacious and very pleasant to live in."

Fue solo cuando llegamos que el área de la cocina y sala olían como se alguien recién hubiera cocinado o freido algo... Fuera de ahí todo lo demás estuvo excelente, luego al día siguiente el olor no estaba.

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

Air con didn’t reach the bedroom and could hear the traffic at night.

Es preferible tener coche allí, no vas andando a ninguna parte, sólo la opción de los buses locales llenos y apretados o taxi. Con coche, ningún problema.

"Acceso y llegada después de "check-in hours" muy fácil por las instrucciones enviadas a mi correo. Desayuno no es caro. Se puede comer lo que uno quiera al ser tarifa única."

Hay olores en el segundo piso, creo que desde la cocina, todo el pasillo olía a comida en las noches. Adicionalmente, podría ampliar menú comida restaurante para la noche.

Le store dans la chambre ne permet pas d’avoir un noir total, il y avait de la lumière dans la chambre la nuit.

La política del hotel de querer cobrarte por guardar el equipaje o por llamar a un taxi y que el checkout sea a las 10 de la mañana. Aunque he de decir que finalmente no me cobraron el equipaje porque era pequeño

"Muy buena ubicación, en temporada baja dejamos el coche justo en frente. La habitación contaba con baño, neverita, calentador de agua, chanclas, toallas, smart TV, una cama muy cómoda, amplio balcón… súper completa vaya. Además, Deni muy amable y hospitalario!"
