"Super limpio, cómodo, cerca de las estaciones de autobús (super cerca del paso fronterizo con Rusia), y muy buena la cocina-comedor (hay para calentar agua, hay polvo para café, hay té, hay para cocinarse, etc.). Hay varias mesas en las que es relativamente cómodo usar la laptop. Hay un mini supermercado cerca, o sino a menos de 1km un supermercado Lidl grande. Reservé por una noche, y luego reservé por otra noche (todo por booking.com) y obviamente NO tuve que hacer check out y check in en el medio."

"El hecho de que no haya personal de recepción (todo es self-service y nadie te recibe) hace que no sea muy distinto a alquilar un apartamento, con la desventaja de que la parte del baño es compartida (si bien muy limpio todo, y como no había mas gente que yo en los dos días que estuve, era todo muy privado). Por otro lado, las primeras 24hs de mi estadía NO funcionaba el wifi, lo cual fue un gran problema porque lo necesitaba para trabajar y mi línea telefónica Argentina no incluía internet en Estonia (sí en Rusia, por lo que a veces captaba conexión al acercarme al río). Reclamé de inmediato vía mensajes de booking al Apparthotel que reparen internet, y tardaron varias horas en hacerlo, pero lo hicieron! Luego el wifi anduvo lo más bien!"

"I did not understand it when booking, but our room had shared Bathroom and toilet, but it was fine, as there were no other people on the floor except us. Unfortunately the windows in our room are not openable. Even with existing ventilation and side fan it felt abit stuffy in the room."

"Nice, Clean. Seemed quite lately renovated rooms. Kitchen has tea, coffee, toaster, water boiler. All what you need. There were 3 shared toilets and 3 shared showers for 4 rooms."

"Rooms no.1 and no.2 do not have proper ventilation and windows cant be opened. There was an electically switchable ventilator on a vent shaft but it made quite loud noise."

"The hotel is near to peetri square, and it’s located on the ground floor, no need to climb stairs. It’s very clean and comfortable. The equipment in kitchen are sufficient and clean enough , very new. It’s just like a home, having bedroom, kitchen , bathroom and toilet on a same floor. We do have a very comfortable stay here. I do recommend to stay here as it’s very comfortable and clean."

"Good location. Clean rooms. Although there was a concert for the bikers sesaon opening not so far from the apartments inside it was quite. Everything is clean."

"In the description it says that whole facility is at your disposal. Actually WCs, Shower and Kitchen are common. I read about WC and Shower in comments so I was ready for that and actually previous visirots are right - there is more that enough WCs and Showers so it is not a problem at all. But I was not ready that kitchen is as well shared. But in the end there was no one in kitchen, so it was 100% at our disposal."
