"Hermoso lugar, las camas super cómodas, baño espectacular, lugar espacioso y con parqueadero. Estuvimos 5 días y pagamos $28 dólares por el agua y la luz que no están incluidos en el valor de la reserva. Sì es necesario el alquiler del vehículo Super recomendado Bantopa!!!"

"Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive"

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

"La casa se encuentra muy bien ubicada a tan solo 2.5 km del centro, y a 1 km de restaurantes, tiene cerca una tienda de víveres y también una disco para los que le gusta la farra, es seguro y tranquilo y tiene buena vibra, si quieres playa, a tan solo 900 metros caminando ya tienes una playa para poder disfrutar y pasar un día de baño"

No tenemos ninguna queja, por el contrario nos gusto mucho, es un pequeño aparta estudio tienes cocina, microondas lava platos, hay lavadora, con tu propio baño y todo, es una muy buena opción para los viajeros que nos gusta ir más allá siempre

We chose not to rent a car and found it difficult to get taxi drivers who wanted to bring us to the end of the street. We tipped well, people would give us their number and then not answer. Was not the condos fault but surprised at the taxi drivers

Únicamente lo negativo fue que de madrugada llegaron huéspedes de la habitación de al lado a poner música y a beber, entonces no pudimos descansar bien. Podrian vigilar más.

Solo le faltó servicio de limpieza, te lo cobraban u$s 70 un poco excesivo

"Sehr gute Lage. Strand wenige Meter entfernt. Preiswert. Einfaches Frühstück im zugehörigen Restaurant zu kleinem Preis zubuchbar, dort auch Abendessen möglich. Sehr netter Eigner, der sich sehr gut um die Gäste kümmert."

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

"Alojamiento muy limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Bien ubicado y excelente calidad precio. Nuestra estancia fue estupenda, como estar en casa. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir."

Por decir algo, nos hubiera gustado un poco más de presión en la ducha y la habitación un poquito más grande pero sin duda volveríamos a repetir.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"La habitación es muy básica, estaba limpia y ordenada. Es especialmente solo para descansar ya que no posee ningún tipo de entretenimiento. El aparcamiento siempre esta lleno asi que suerte al estacionar."

El parking es muy pequeno. Las camas son un poco pequeñas y no son cómodas para una pareja. Tal vez para jovenes estaría aceptable.

"El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila, ofrece parking gratis muy amplio. El departamento cómodo y limpio, la cocina trae lo necesario para que puedas cocinarte algo rápido, los cuartos son calientes en la noche, tienen estufa, igualmente hay muchas cobijas por si las requieres."

El baño se ve algo gastado y el lavamanos tiene partes cubiertas con silicona, después de eso todo perfecto, un lugar interesante. Eso sí, es algo alejado del centro.

"El personal muy amable y servicial, nos facilito la estancia en todo momento, amabilidad desde nuestra llegada al aeropuerto."

Lo único el precio pero bueno es aceptable.

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."

The only minus to me were the Russians that stayed there as they cannot behave civilized. It was pleasant to stay at the hotel with Europeans.
