"La ubicación, la vista desde la habitación y las instalaciones."

Que hubo un mal entendido al inicio de la reserva pero todo se solucionó muy bien 👍

"El sitio es muy bonito y acogedor, nos encantó. La habitación es cómoda, buena ubicación... Todo genial"

Únicamente lo negativo fue que de madrugada llegaron huéspedes de la habitación de al lado a poner música y a beber, entonces no pudimos descansar bien. Podrian vigilar más.

"Very close to the beatch. nice outdoor pool with slides. nice garden (helps when its very hot). Clean beatch compared with neighbours. Kids playground"

On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)

"Magnífica atención. Llegamos muy temprano por el vuelo y nos entregaron el apartamento varias horas antes. El apartamento está bien, muy completo. Lo mejor es la playa, un paraíso y poder ir desde allí con un kayak o con una lancha a ver las rayas y los tiburones. Muy recomendable."

La comodidad de la cama mejorable.

"Well manicured gardens, bbq area. Having the shuttle service was helpful for visiting the town and the other side of the island"

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time

"Parece un hotel el apartamento. Limpio, cuidado y la habitación muy correcta!! Buena ubicación (a 20 min andando del centro) y a 15min de la estación de autobuses. Relación calidad precio IDEAL"

Si vas cansado o llevas peso, no hay ascensor. Unicamente escaleras (y los peldaños algo altos) Lástima que no permitan pagar en visa, sólo en metálico con moneda local ( pero como en la mayoría de sitios en la ciudad..)

"Sehr gute Lage. Strand wenige Meter entfernt. Preiswert. Einfaches Frühstück im zugehörigen Restaurant zu kleinem Preis zubuchbar, dort auch Abendessen möglich. Sehr netter Eigner, der sich sehr gut um die Gäste kümmert."

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"The location of this apartment is amazing! Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment was super clean, modern, and equipped with all the basic items. Tatyana was very helpful and responded quickly to messages when we had questions. Would definitely come back!"

"Tiene todo lo necesario para que te sientas cómodo, el desayuno es tipo buffet libre que consta de leche, café, zumo natural, cereales de muchos tipos distintos, pan bimbo que lo puedes meter a la tostadora, mermelada, Nutella, quesos. Correcto!"

"La casa era antigua, muy chula y estaba reformada. La cocina del apartamento era súper moderna y estaba equipada. Estuvimos en 2 apartamentos, muy amplios y bonitos. El dueño fue muy amable y nos trató súper bien. La zona está más apartada de la parte turística y es muy chula para hacer alguna excursión."

Echamos en falta gel y champú en las habitaciones.

The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."

The only minus to me were the Russians that stayed there as they cannot behave civilized. It was pleasant to stay at the hotel with Europeans.

Fue solo cuando llegamos que el área de la cocina y sala olían como se alguien recién hubiera cocinado o freido algo... Fuera de ahí todo lo demás estuvo excelente, luego al día siguiente el olor no estaba.

"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."

"La chica que nos atendió en todo momento muy amable muy agradable nos explicó todo perfectamente alojamiento muy cerca del aeropuerto de Dubrovnik, la utilizamos para pasar la noche puesto que al día siguiente nos marchábamos cerca hay una playa y el pueblo de cavnat, en el puerto hay varios restaurantes para cenar o comer y en una de las playas cercanas también un par de sitios"

Un poco anticuado el mobiliario la cama no era tan cómoda

"No tenía vehículo para llegar, llame al Hotel y ellos fueron por mi. Excelente servicio, fueron muy amables, a la hora de la cena el domicilio ya no llegaba al hotel y ellos fueron por mi cena hasta el restaurante. El hotel superó mis expectativas!"
