"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

Apartamento muy bonito y en buenas condiciones con balcón y vista al mar. Las ventanas y puertas cuentan con mallas para los mosquitos. Presión de agua en ña ducha muy buena y el agua caliente funcionaba muy bien. Aunque los fines de semanas por las noches hay mucho movimiento, al estar insonorizado el apartamento se puede descansar bien. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho la estancia. Si se quiere varias, hay suficientes restaurantes y supermercados en las cercanías. Todos los electrodomésticos del apartamento: tele, nevera, horno, lavadora funcionaban muy bien. "Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive"

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.

The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."

"A fantastic experience! The guesthouse is in a great location in the heart of Brazzaville, surrounded by quiet residential areas. Most importantly, the rooms were very clean. Special mention goes to the owners, Mia and her family, who were incredibly helpful and patient during our stay, even assisting us with arranging gorilla and Blue Lagoon tours. An even bigger surprise was the authentic Sichuan cuisine at the guesthouse – the best I've had in Brazzaville! I highly recommend the grilled fish and hot pot."

Quelques difficultés pour avoir de l'eau chaude à certains moments.

"Acceso y llegada después de "check-in hours" muy fácil por las instrucciones enviadas a mi correo. Desayuno no es caro. Se puede comer lo que uno quiera al ser tarifa única."

Hay olores en el segundo piso, creo que desde la cocina, todo el pasillo olía a comida en las noches. Adicionalmente, podría ampliar menú comida restaurante para la noche.
