"Comunicación con el personal. La joven intentaba comunicarse algo más, pero la mujer mayor ni nos decía "hola" al vernos. Como la hora de check-out es hasta la 1pm y la de check in empieza a la 1, si los huéspedes anteriores salen a la 1, tú no podrás entrar hasta las 2... que es lo que nos pasó a nosotros."

"Muy buena ubicación, cerca del minarete kalta-minor y de la puerta donde se compran los tickets para ver la ciudad. Es una casa bonita. Tuvieron la cortesía de servirnos un desayuno cuando llegamos. El desayuno está muy bueno y es abundante. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas. Buen wifi. Muy limpio. Ofrecen servicio de pago para ir al aeropuerto de Urgench. En realidad, por el precio que cobran no se puede pedir más."

"No hablan inglés (sólo un chico joven que no está siempre), comunicarse con ellos es muy complicado y a veces no hay nadie en recepción, tuvimos que esperar para que nos dieran una habitación hasta las 5 de la tarde, todo por unos cuantos malentendidos en cadena. La presión del agua del wc de 2 de nuestras habitaciones era poca y tuvimos que rellenar la cisterna con el agua de la ducha, sin embargo la habitación de la planta de arriba era fantástica y todo funcionaba muy bien."

"Quiet, well situated guest house. The daughter speaks some english. The house being inside the old city, you do not have to pay entrance to the city, if you are staying there, though you do need a ticket if you want to visit the museums etc. The guest house can also organise tours."

"The water pressure in the shower and toilet was very poor, though that might be a more common problem in Xiva, as I noticed the same in a restaurant toilet. You can only pay cash."

"The guesthouse is ideally located within Ichan Qala, just a short walk from all the main monuments, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The matresses were very comfortable. The homemade breakfast was delicious and changed daily. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at reception after check-out."
