"Ubicado dentro de la muralla, la ubicación es perfecta. La atención del dueño es buenísima, esta pendiente de que no falte de nada y te ayuda con recomendaciones de lo que haga falta. El desayuno es variado y muy rico y todo estaba super limpio."

"El anfitrión es la amabilidad personificada. Nos alimentó nada más llegar a su casa, un hermosísimo lugar con habitaciones espaciosas y un comedor decorado con fotos familiares donde uno se siente como asomado a un trecho de la historia del siglo XX. La ubicación en la ciudad antigua de Khiva, cerca de todo lo que hay que ver, no hace sino redondear lo idóneo del lugar. Lo recomendamos muchísimo."

"This place is simple yet comfortable. It is run by a very pleasant and accommodating landlord. He did his best to make us feel at home (it is indeed his home!). throughout our stat. wonderful baroque music was played from the stereo, and he always offered us tea and biscuits"

"I liked everything. The best part was the owner Atahan who was always there for anything I needed. The breakfasts made a good start to the day.The cleanliness was amazing. There was no dust anywhere. The location is a 4 to 7 minute walk from all the major attractions."

"The guesthouse was quiet and in a good location and our room was ample and clean. The first few days we were in town were extremely hot and the AC was essential for being comfortable during the warmest hours of the day. The host is happy to invite you for tea and conversation (using a translation app for English), but also gives you privacy and space. We also enjoyed the breakfast served."

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse in the mountains. The family who run it were so kind to us, and cooked us delicious dinners (including catering very well to my vegetarianism). The location is perfect for walks in the mountains and valleys nearby. The accommodation is as to be expected for a mountain guesthouse: cosy but basic."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"We had a wonderful stay. It's a good way to get to know the Uzbek culture, far away from the touristy areas. It's run by a family. Nigina and her girls cooked amazing fresh food every day. Best food we had in whole Uzbekistan especially the Plov, even the guides who stayed there it's one of the best they ever had. Raxmat is an amazing host he helped us with thing from the beginning till the end, with transportation or also with hike tours. The place is good for every type of travellers, there were also some families, solo female travelers etc. For us, we stayed 3 nights, it was nice to disconnect (they have wifi) but we never used it. There is plenty of things to do like hiking etc. We will miss this wonderful place. Thank you again Raxmat and Nigina!"
