"We loved the spacious room, which was full of character and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was also large, clean and had plenty of hot water. The property itself is charming with its lovely courtyards. The breakfast was good. The location is perfect for sightseeing and easy access to the lively centre of town with lots of great restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful - we really appreciated them filling up our water bottles as we are avoiding using single-use plastic bottles to reduce our impact on the environment."

"It was unfortunate that they didn't pay attention to our request regarding the packed breakfast for our early morning train trip. We had requested some cheese, bread, and fruit and emphasised the need for it to be vegetarian. Instead, we had some sort of meat sandwiches, and everything was wrapped in clingfilm, including the hard-boiled eggs. We were unable to eat it. If it hadn't been for this mishap, we would have given the hotel 10/10."

"Emir is picturesque boutique hotel. The location is right in the heart of old city of Bukhara. It is beautiful and the staff is great. It was my birthday and I even got a special gift from the team. The breakfast is fabulous, even for a vegetarian like me they had ample options."

"The hotel is in an excellent lication. All the main historical objects are concentrated around and can easily be reached on foot. The interior if the hotel has a traditional decor. There is a inner courtyard where you can spend your time. Our room was spacious, very clean, cozy and with very comfortable beds, which is rare in Uzbekistan. The stuff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I am especially grateful to the hotel manager Vladimir, who personally took care of me and also took me to the hospital because I had health problems. I thank him very much for his care and help. I definitely recommend this hotel."
