"Hotel nuevo, todo super limpio, habitación muy grande, cama muy comoda y un baño amplio. El trato del personal muy bueno ayudándote siempre en lo que necesitas. Muy contentos de habernos alojado aquí y a 5 minutos andando de la muralla de la ciudad y sus puntos de interés."

"La primera habitacion que nos dieron era un sotano con una pequeña ventana. Tuvimos que pagar un suplemento para una habitacion superior. No se especificó en el momento de la reserva que la habitación económica era un sótano."

"Hotel muy tranquilo y bien situado a poca distancia de la puerta principal de la ciudad amurallada, con un supermercado al lado y varias opciones de restaurantes poco turísticos y de buena relación calidad/precio en los alrededores. No nos fue posible realizar el checkin temprano porque todas las habitaciones estaban ocupadas pero nos facilitaron una habitación un momento para poder cambiarnos de ropa. El personal muy joven y amable, la comunicación fue fácil en inglés y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. La habitación era enorme, muy limpia, silenciosa y las camas comodísimas. Todo el hotel es nuevo y todo funciona perfectamente. Había muchos amenities de cortesía, incluso albornoz y zapatillas. Nos realizaron el transfer desde el aeropuerto al hotel sin ningún problema. El desayuno correcto, suficientes opciones para empezar el día y con unos salones enormes para desayunar."

"Por decir algo, estaría genial una máquina de café en el desayuno, así como poner botelllines de agua tambienten el dessyuno. Pero son detalles menores."

"It’s very good for the price but it’s a local hotel, so it’s no Radisson/Hilton. The breakfast could be better, but it’s probably hard to source produce in a small and remote town and I bet you’ll get the same stuff in any other hotel in Khiva. Clean overall, but sheets and towels had stains - not because they didn’t wash them so not an issue, but perhaps because they don’t change them very often."

"The hotel was immaculately decorated and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful. We had a lovely time."

"This is a new hotel in a perfect location just outside of the Old City walls, so its excellent value for money. The stuff are wonderful and the manager, Akhror, will help with guided tours, and local recommendations, including restaurants. He even drove us himself on a day trip to the fortresses, where we watched the sun set. It was a really good day. The bed was comfy and I think wifi is good in most areas though as we were at the very end of the long hallway, we had a bit of trouble connecting. That said, I know there are plans for more boosters so I think this is a temporary/new hotel growing pain. Air conditioning was good, which is important as it can get hot in Khiva!"

"The hotel is located close to Itchan Kala (5 min walk). The building is new, everything is clean. The staff is polite, friendly and ready to help with money exchange, baggage, etc. Rooms with enough of space, fridges, bottled water, air condition. Breakfasts are tasty; they include pancakes, fruit, eggs, traditional local meals, pastry We’ll be glad to return here."
