"Treetops Lodge is a newly build, pristine property tucked up in the hills north of Usa River and close to the gates of Arusha National Park - and is, without a doubt, a fantastic place to stay. Hosted by partners Clare and Godi, they epitomise hospitality by welcoming you into their home. With only two rooms available, this is a truly cosy experience that offers friendliness, cleanliness and comfort all wrapped up in one. The grounds and building are beautiful and the food is essentially custom made for you - should you choose to eat there. We will absolutely be staying there again. Thanks to both Clare and Godi for letting in to their wonderful home!"

"What an incredible place! Right on the border of Arusha national park, if you are looking for somewhere to relax this is the perfect spot with Colobus and Blue monkeys on your doorstep. Lovely family atmosphere, Clare and Godi were such great hosts, all the staff were incredibly friendly, and the in house chef cooks delicious food. Clare was so knowledgeable and helped me to organise a safari, and trips to Zanzibar and lake Tanganyika. The room room was spacious and extremely clean and the surrounding living areas full of culture and a flair for design. Loved the outdoor dining, stunning landscape gardens and water features. A paradise of the highest standard, couldn’t recommend it highly enough!"

"Shadrack, el dueño, es una gran persona, muy amable, nos trató como parte de su familia. Se preocupa de atender todas tus necesidades, los desayunos son increibles y para cenar directamente te pregunta qué quieres comer, muy buena comida casera, su trato con nosotros ha sido impecable. Nos ayudó a visitar la zona y realizar diferentes actividades, gracias a él descubrimos la playa mas bonita y tranquila de Zanzibar. El hotel es tranquilo y muy bien ubicado. Si no te importa no tener lujos y piscina este es un buen sitio para pasar unos dias."

"I loved my stay at Fumba Town Apt. The room was clean and up to standard, and the staff was very helpful with directions and took good care of me. The surrounding was just perfect, I wish I had more days there, it has multiple restaurants, a gym, pool and a walking distance to the beach. I felt safe and happy in such a great community, apartment, and staff. I highly recommend this stay."

"Todo el concepto del hotel, como estaba distribuido, la ubicación, integrado en el ambiente, la organización, la limpieza, el diseño del recinto y las habitaciones en consonancia con el entorno, la calma, paz, muy relajante...El servicio de todo el personal, claramente muy bien instruido en como dar el servicio y como se debia de percibir por el huesped. Tendran problemas como todo el mundo, pero ni malas caras, ni sientes que te impongan como han de ser las cosas..te sientes atendido en todo momento, pero no de manera invasiva.. De momento Matemwe no es Nungwi. No es replicar en todas partes del mundo turismo masivo de pulseras que no deja ni respirar. Bendito aburrimiento, si esa fuese la parte mala A pesar de toda la primera línea de playa ocupada por hoteles, la playa sigue siendo usada por los locales, no es sólo para turistas y los que les venden a los turistas"
