"Estaba todo muy limpio, la ubicación es también muy buena. También es muy bonito. En el desayuno había muchas opciones, entre ellas leche y yogur sin lactosa y también veganas. Y si te ibas antes de la hora del desayuno como fue mi caso, te preparan una bolsa muy completa para que te lo puedas llevar. El personal era muy atento"

"When I checked in the receptionist from Chile did not inform me that there is free coffee, tea, biscuits and cakes available in the dining room. She also failed to mention that hotel guests are entitled to a 10% discount in three restaurants in the vicinity. I went for an early dinner right after I checked in and had I known of the 10% discount voucher I would have gone to one of the three restaurants that cooperate with the hotel. instead, I went to another restaurant which was an underwhelming experience (this is usually the case in Norrkoping where the culinary culture is not developed)."
