"Hotel bastante limpio. Personal muy amable. Mil gracias, sobre todo, al Sr. que trabajó de noche a la recepción y al Sr. cocinero del desayuno. Cama muy amplia y cómoda. Hay agua y el te de cortesia. Mini nevera. Insonorisaciion es muy buena. El desayuno es muy completo y incluye los platos típicos. Servicio amable y rápido. Personal del hotel está atento a cualquier consulta. Está situado frente a una autopista, pero tiene diferentes restaurantes de comida rápida alrededor. Son unos 15 -20 minutos en coche hasta los puntos turísticos importantes o el aeropuerto. WIFI gratuito y rapido. Hay cameras por todo el hotel. No hace falta la tarjeta de crédito para reservas."

"La puerta de la ducha no se cierra bien y el baño se queda encharcado. Solo habia una toalla de baño, pero nos han dado la otra a la solicitud nuestra. Al mediodía, durante unos 10 minutos, alguien ha intentado entrar a la habitación por la puerta cerrada que se comunica con la hab. de al lado. Fue un susto. El barman es arrogante y su actitud contrasta mucho con el personal en general. El hotel es bastante viejo y da la impresión de la decadencia."

"The staff were so so unwelcoming they were shocked when they saw us saying that they were fully booked but we have booked through booking.ie they also told us that our children were extremely loud in the waiting area as they had “important people” on the same level as our room, when we went up, there were a lot of kids screaming and playing on the corridor and knocking on bedroom doors"

"Their restaurant within the hotel served excellent food which cost a decent price compared to other restaurants. The location was alright as it had corner shops and a masjid nearby. But was difficult when attempting to get a taxi."

"My daughters room carpet had cigarette looking burns as well as a cigarette smell. The receptionist claimed it was cleaning products however the smell lingered around and if it was cleaning products it would have gone. Also we were trapped in a restaurant for hours due to numerous taxis refusing to take us to the hotel because of the location during a flood."

"This is a best hotel for the people who are travelling for business. Most of the workers are egyptians. I'm indian and they treat me with full respect and care. I love this hotel and if i visit there again for business purposes, surely i will book it. Thanks to milana hotel team."
