I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

"Location was spot on, right in the city centre and close to the bus station. The beach is 5 minutes away. Lovely lady at the front desk. She upgraded me to a sea view room, without me even asking."

The hotel is a bit dated, but you've got what you pay for.

Shower glass looked like it wasn't cleaned for a looong time.

El desayuno es muy tarde. Entiendo que debería ser más temprano. Ya que a las 9 es muy tarde y no hay nada cerca para desayunar.

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

Saliendo del alojamiento tienes la playa de West End para disfrutar. Les recomiendo Calelu's para comer bien a precios razonables y alquilar equipo completo de snorkeling en Roatan Marine Park por 5 dólares todo el día, con lo cual pueden explorar las zonas de West End y West Bay. Muy buena estancia."

Todo funciono muy bien. Aunque un servicio separado, no recomendaría el servicio de snorkeling o buceo que ofrecen, ya que el personal es tosco y poco amable. Estas personas no son las mismas del servicio del hotel quienes si fueron cordiales todo el tiempo.

Poco ruidoso a la mañana con los carros de limpieza y mucho golpe de puertas, entiendo por el sistema que tienen. El restaurante a la noche cierra muy temprano. Nada de esto obstaculiza a pasar una corta buena estancia.

"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. No tiene muchos lugares de estacionamiento y si estan ocupados en la puerta del hotel hay que dejarlo en frente.. No es nada grave, lugar hay.

"I's a nice, relaxing place in a beautiful natural setting. A bit above Nioumachoua and with a very nice view over the hills and coast from the room balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they can inform you about possible activities as well. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean, there was an (intact) mosquito net and air con. The breakfast was included and you can order dinner as well, which was delicious."

The door handles tend to fall out and should be repaired. Some ants in the room. Some waiting time for breakfast.
