"Es un piso enorme en un edificio de hace un siglo, con techos altos, muy acogedor, diáfano, cómodo y luminoso. Temperatura perfecta. Te sientes como en casa. A 5 minutos a pie estás en el centro, en la Iglesia Negra o en parque donde se encuentra el teleférico. Vistas preciosas a la montaña. Se puede aparcar cerca de su precioso portal verde esmeralda y pagar con la aplicación del móvil. Los niños no querían salir del apartamento gracias a la PS4. Si queréis conocer Brasov, una ciudad muy animada y bella, ni lo dudéis. Su dueño Bogdan, es amabilísimo, generoso y muy comprensivo."

"No tengo palabras para describir este alojamiento. No puede ser más bonito, amplio, cómodo y céntrico este maravilloso apartamento con vistas al teleférico. Decorado con un gusto increíble, no le falta un solo detalle para que te sientas como en casa. Por poner un ejemplo, tiene hasta una Play Station con varios juegos. Tanto los muebles como los electrodomésticos son de primera calidad y da la sensación de que los estás estrenando porque está todo perfecto. Tiene un baño completo y un pequeño aseo extra, que siempre viene bien. La cocina completísima con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Avisar de que es una segunda planta sin ascensor."

"Cuando dice en la reserva que hay parking público en las inmediaciones se refiere a la calle con parquímetro, pero sólo hay que pagar de 8 a 20 H y es barato, menos de 5€ al día."

"Great place, large and airy, in a historical building, very nicely redone. Right in the old part of town, only a few minutes away from the Council Square (and Christmas Market), restaurants, shops etc. Easy to get in and out. Kitchen equipped with everything needed. Comfy bed. Christmas tree was up (very nice touch). Well worth a visit."

"The bathroom and shower felt a bit chilly (low outside temperatures when we stayed). The main staircase of the building (communal area) could do with a facelift"

"The apartment is spotless — truly one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. Everything is well-maintained: nothing is chipped, broken, or worn out. It’s tastefully furnished, warm, and inviting, with every facility you might need, including a washing machine. The location couldn’t be better — right in the city center. In the morning, sunlight fills the room, and at night you can see Tâmpa Hill beautifully lit by the Brașov sign."

"On the downside, the bathroom is noticeably colder than the rest of the apartment, so keep that in mind if you’re visiting in colder months. Also, be ready to receive a long PDF with the check-in instructions in English — you’ll probably get a bit frustrated scrolling through it to find which keybox actually has your key. From the outside, the building doesn’t look great, but once you step inside, it’s a completely different story."

"The traffic was crazy and it took 2 hours to find a parking spot. Take into account that there is no elevator and you need to climb two sets of stairs."

"The apartment is gorgeous! The furniture is minimalist, and purposeful. The bed was extremely comfy and loved that we had two bathrooms. The location is also great - close to everything. The hosts were also lovely and even had some water with lemon for us in the fridge, which was a great touch given the high temperature outside."

"The only downside is that the building is quite old, and would vibrate when a bus/bigger car would pass by."
