Si no fuese por el acceso, le habría puesto un 10. La carretera de acceso, en cuesta y estrecha era un poco complicada.

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

Access Units, todo super limpio, dejan comida que en caso de que no quieras salir, puedes prepararte y hasta te lavan la ropa, esto para nosotros fue super porque llevamos1 mes viajando y todavíanos quedan dos!!! Que más se puede pedir!!"

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

It's also situated in a quiet neighborhood at a convenient location, close to downtown, restaurants, and attractions. The property also has good views outside the windows."

We couldn't get the range hood to work. If you plan to do heavy cooking, you may need to open the windows to vent out the smell and smoke. The shower glass on the second floor is too short to block the water from splashing out. The tub can be slippery when it is wet, so it would be nice if the host could consider providing a rubber mat.

Bulsa, Elsa y Elbert fueron sumamente atentos con nosotros. Extendimos una noche más de tanto que nos gustó el lugar y el trato. Tambien tienen varios restaurantes y supermercados cuando sales de la habitación que puedes ir caminando. Tienen variedad de tours que tambien te ofrecen."

"Estaba super acondicionado en todos los aspectos y un apartamento amplio y cómodo así como su increíble terraza, tenían la refrigeradora ya lista así que fue más rápido para las cosas que se congelaran, el sonido está aislado, hay 2 duchas una de ella tiene agua caliente, no hay zancudos y mucho menos ratones. la mejor experiencia y volveré en mi próxima visita a Granada🤙🇳🇮🌴😎"

El AC no llega tanto al cuarto pero con el tiempo se nivela así que no problema

"The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious and it is so nice to have a serviced apartment. The location is very good, the train and buses are a 5 minute walk and you are surrounded by restaurants and a supermarket closeby and it is a very short walk to views over the harbour. I would highly recommend this hotel."

A very minor thing, the cups are so small for having a tea or coffee!

lamentablemente las ventanas no son a prueba de ruido por lo que se escuchaba a los trabajadores toda la mañana pero la vista maravillosa lo arreglo todo.

"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!
