"El estudio es tal cual las fotos. Bastante limpio, céntrico (llegas caminando en pocos minutos) y con mucha variedad de comidas y supermercados alrededor. Víctor un magnífico anfitrión que a pesar de que se nos retraso el vuelo de madrugada el estuvo disponible todo el tiempo. Sin duda lo recomendaría!!!"

"La ubicación, cerca del centro, centra de parques y con varios comercios al lado. Se puede recorrer muy fácil a pie, en taxi o en patinetes. El paisaje del río y el parque es muy bonito. La casa muy bien cuidada."

"No hay cosas que no me hayan gustado simplemente que pueden haber detalles de mejora para estancias largas como robot aspirador o alguna solución de desayuno como paquete opcional pero como digo son "detalles demás"."

"Room is spacious, host is communicative and it has necessary amenities for a short to mid-term stay. In a good area, next to restaurants/shops/cafes."

"It's on the first floor, facing a main boulevard and it's VERY noisy, even through the windows. As a light sleeper, i had a hard time sleeping. Key pick-up is a minus for me, because i prefer self-check-in and checkout, instead of trying to schedule a meeting with the host. The host was available and arrived on time, but it'd be easier for both of us if he'd install a security box or something."

"The flat was nice and cleen. Percfect for a short stay. It was like the pictures and Victor was super responsive to our requests."

"A comfortable and lovely apartment. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment smelled fresh and clean the moment we walked in, which made a great first impression. It was very easy to get around using public transportation. The location of the apartment was ideal, and the interior was cozy and well-equipped. It really felt like home. The view is really great."

"One small issue was that the radiator didn’t seem to work properly, though we didn’t really need it much. Also, when we tried to turn on the heating once or twice, the power tripped while only the air conditioner was running. If this issue is fixed, everything else was perfect."

"I stayed with my son for the weekend the place is amazing next to the River with nice view,was clean very well equipped, comfortable beds everything perfect, location near the city centre beautiful area around but the best was the owner always there if you needed he gave us very nice advice where to eat at some nice restaurants and where to go in the city thank you so much we had excellent time!!"

"It was an amazing place to relax and work. It had everything I wanted and more. I stayed for just over a week and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. In addition to the fantastic apartment, the location is perfect too, with Izvor Park right across the street, cute coffee spots within a two-min walk, and quick access to anywhere in the city."

"My friends and I stayed in Victor's apartment for almost a week. It was crystal clear, everything was functional and the location was perfect given that the old town was withing walking distance! Moreover, the metro station was just 3 minutes away on foot! The host helped us with everything we wanted!!! I totally recommend it to all !!!!!!! A great stay!"
